The tech helped me to changed my number and instructed me that it should take 2-4 hours . But it never changed so I went into the store the next day and the hostess told me it was going to take 1 hour to be seen and it didn't take an hour it was close to 2 hours to just ask a question . When I did speak to the tech then told me it was going to take up to 24 l to 72 hours for the number to process which to me didn't make sense to just changed a phone. It was like no one wanted to help fix the problem that was created from the first on Monday . So I contacted T Life customer service and ask them if the process to change your phone number took 24 to 72 hours they told me no that it only takes 2-4 hours . I told them that I tried to changed my number at a T mobile store in Northridge and the trouble I went thru and have been waiting a whole week. That it's unfair treatment and still my number is the same . I asked if there was someone who can help me and they assisted me to a gentlemen named MJ that helped me out and was successful in changing my number over. He also found out the first number I was assigned had an error and no one even checked or investigated why the number never worked .. I'm glad they have the TLife app because the customer service in the store sometime the techs don't want to be bothered they just want to sell stuff they don't care about their customers. I just wanted to express my experience . Glad I have my new number and it's works great .
