I walked in without an appointment and only waited 5 minutes top before it was my turn. The owner made sure to sanitize the area and alternate chairs which I appreciated. I explained to the owner it was my first time and that I wanted a natural look, and the owner made sure to check in throughout the threading to make sure that I was okay. I usually do brow threading and tinting. One of my first times tinting I was unsure about the color being too dark, so my brow specialist did 3 rounds until I was pleased with it. I rarely post reviews or even negative ones but yesterday I got my eyebrows threaded and I asked for just a clean up and one had way more hair taken out than the other.... When I expressed that I thought it was uneven, I was challenged and told that it was. I've been before and it was perfect, think it may have been a different person this time. This place is very clean and professional. My experience was awesome, I walked right in with no appointment and was helped right away. I was looking for a clean up on my eyebrows and thats what I got. At the end, she applies some aloe on the brows and gives a little temple massage that feels wonderful and is relaxing. I am very happy with how they look and I now come here frequently. Every 10 treatments you get one free which is a nice plus as well. Highly recommended if you are in the area, parking can be difficult sometimes as its a popular location. Price is average for threading, but I also dont mind paying a bit more when you know you will get a good job done. read more

I had always gotten waxes before I found B Brow Lounge and Binju assured me that threading was the way to go. She was not kidding. I don't get any red reactions from threading or "after burn." Her threading is top notch. She knows exactly what shape looks good and always delivers. I have also received services including brow tinting, eyelash tinting and eyelash curling. The brow tinting is perfect. She knows what color works with your complection and hair color. With the tinting I barely have to do any filling of my brows. I love it! Finally, I have very blonde eyelashes and the tint and curl make me feel beautiful and comfortable without makeup; perfect for the beach!! With the lash tint I don't even need mascara. The only thing with the curl is that it takes a long time for your eyelashes to get back to normal. They kind of go wacky for a little bit but it is manageable. Been planning to try this place, as my usual go-to was fully booked. I walked in and waited 5 minutes for trim and tint. It wasn't great. Actually, it was pretty bad. The girl who trimmed my eyebrows asked me to hold the eyebrow so she can work in it. It felt strange but I did. The whole trimming process was SO PAINFUL I had to ask her to stop! I ended up leaving the place wounded! And have people ask me what happened to my eyebrows. I've never experienced anything like that before. Will not visit this place or recommend it at all.
