Upon leaving I thought it was different than i had done it before and maybe just needed to adjust. Idk. On further reflection she must have switched the products or burned them somehow. Half my eyelashes were kinked. Yes i followed aftercare perfectly. Then my eyelashes fell out and at some point were itchy and my lid was swollen. I'm not post photos but have them, and she has seen them. My eyebrows also were like hard and wouldn't move. Later they started falling out too. She gave me a full refund when I send her pics. But this is before everything started falling out. I had to buy a lash serum to grow them back. And then in August I started noticing that my eyebrows were falling out. I thought they were shedding normally and going back to blonde. NOPE! They weren't growing back at all. I went to the dr and it is 100% because of what she did. I now am using rogaine to regrow them. It's taking forever and she also refused to pay for product to help grown them back. It's probably going to be another 2-3 months of me looking awful because of Perri. Have the Holiday you deserve.

I booked this appointment after seeing many glowing reviews and was genuinely excited, so I'm disappointed to say the experience left me feeling more self-conscious than confident -- especially for a service that cost around $180. Very early into the appointment, comments were made about my brows being "sparse," "overprocessed," and potentially needing less processing because they were so thin. I completely understand that brow artists need to discuss hair texture and processing professionally, but the delivery felt very harsh and personal, especially before much consultation or rapport had been built. What made it more upsetting was that I've had my brows done by several artists over the years and have genuinely never had anyone describe my brows this way before. I also very rarely get laminations -- maybe once a year at most -- and I do not over-thread or excessively tweeze my brows, so the repeated comments about them being overprocessed felt especially confusing and discouraging. Toward the end of the appointment, there were also comments that seemed to imply previous artists had improperly treated or damaged my brows, which left me feeling even more uncomfortable and embarrassed during the service. To be fair, I do think I emotionally shut down a bit after those comments, which probably impacted the overall experience from there. Beauty appointments can be vulnerable experiences, and I think tact and sensitivity matter just as much as technical skill. I also wasn't very happy with the final result. The brows felt overly heavy, stiff, and brushed upward without enough shaping or cleanup to balance the look, and I've personally had brow laminations I preferred elsewhere. I don't doubt that many clients have had positive experiences here, but I wanted to share mine honestly because I left feeling unexpectedly discouraged after what was supposed to be a confidence-boosting service. read more

Only thing that bummed me out was that Yelp said (and still says) that there is a $5 offer for a sugaring service. I tried this place out strictly because of the offer (because sugaring is so expensive these days) and was told both times that she does not give out this offer after I had my service done; she also said she didn't know why the offer is on there anymore and she would take it down (but it was still there after my service). And the offer is still on Yelp and it feels a bit predatory to keep it on there if they are not offering it anymore. So if you're reading this and you are wondering about the check in offer they have, you should call ahead to see if she is still offering before you get surprised!
