Great spot for breakfast or a quick lunch in Brickell. I arrived without a reservation when they opened on a Friday and did not have any wait but I recommend a reservation at peak times because it gets busy even though it's spacious inside and out. I had the truffle bun which I highly recommend. The service was great and I would definitely recommend B Bistro for a solid meal when in Brickell. Food quality is like 1/5 It was really a waste for that Croissant French Toast. I expected much better. It was like a piece of bread sprinkled with sugar and little bit of jam. Too much sugar and not a single good taste. It was very bland and I was just confused as to what it was. It needs more flavor added to it like butter or something to reduce that sweetness. Always great service and fresh food. Been to this location many times and haven't got disappointed so far. Food is a little heavy for my liking because they put too much sauce but I learned to ask the sauces on the side. As delicious as its reputation, Yelpers nailed it this one! Located right next to Fleming's Steakhouse, a half block to the Brickell City Center. Amazing food no doubt. It's a little Noisy due to the fact that it's right next to one of the busiest streets. Servers are attentive since 3 of them were going around in rotation, I did not know who exactly was my server towards the end when I was Forced to tip for a chamomile tea. The server made it clear that tip was NOT included right after I clicked "NO TIP" he then proceeded to hit back on the paying machine just so I can leave him a 1.80$ tip (18%) It was very awkward and he didn't really do much to deserve it. This is my go-to for the yummiest brunch in Brickell! It's located right next door to Brickell City Centre so you're able to spend a whole afternoon in the area. They have mastered the wait list situation because you're able to see your wait time live once you're put on the the list which has been very accurate! Great spot for brunch in the heart of Brickell. We walked in with no rsv and the hostess( she was very kind) added us on the waitlist... less then 15 minutes and we we're sitting. Very fast service and attentive. We shared the Pancake and the Mexican Avocado toast. Both of them were well presented. I personally loved the Mexican avocado toast more then the pancake. You've got some seriously specialty croissants here at B Bistro, and maybe if I could easily find a caramel filled charcoal croissant elsewhere I might bat an eyelash at the $5.00 price tag. I can't, do I didn't. Star. Stars 3 and 4: How was the food? Alright. I get it. I'd have plenty of filled croissants in my day, but both the charcoal caramel croissant and the nutella croissant shined on the flavor fronts. My one gripe was that the croissant itself could have been flakier and maybe a bit more buttery as opposed to relying on the filling, but very good nonetheless. As we were waiting, there were maintenance guys fixing the door right by us, banging away on the door and making it impossible to hear anything. Maybe schedule repair work to be done during off-times so it's not so disruptive? There weren't any simple eggs on the menu, so I ordered the vegetable frittata. What I received was not what is traditionally called a frittata. It was more like a croissant with about a tablespoon of chopped vegetables in the middle, and the vegetables were Luke-warm. I would guess they are made earlier and then just heated up when you order. My husband enjoyed his pancakes, which were pretty much sugar on sugar on sugar. They had these weird guava flavored jelly cubes that were ...interesting, and I love guava. If you like sweet baked goods, this is your spot. So B Bistro did a thing, and I don't know if I should be happy or not. They set the bar SO high for all the other breakfast/brunch places I visited in Miami over the course of my recent trip.. that everything paled in comparison and I was secretly hoping I had returned here. You have to understand, I love anything guava, so these were high on my list of things I wanted to eat. Aside from some juices and coffee, this was an easy order. My husband and I decided to split, and making the second plate choice proved to be challenging. I usually don't "do" sweet breakfast, so it was a given this one had to be savory. I had several things under advisement, but knowing I was splitting, anything with fish or something like the arepas and chilaquiles were unfortunately out. But don't those two things sound amazing already? Just saying. We flipped a coin between the croque madam, always a good classic choice, and the truffle bun. The bun won out, but I think I would have enjoyed the CM a little bit better. Truffle flavor can be overwhelming, and I think it was that just a little bit. It also ended up becoming a bit of a soggy situation which is not really my favorite texture. Flavor wise, it really was good though, specifically if you really enjoy truffle oil. Where I really start getting excited is over the pancakes. Unusual to say in the least (because sweet) - these were everything and then some. Best Pancakes I've Ever Had. I don't say that lightly. The pancakes themselves are light and fluffy, the brown butter maple syrup was rich and complex and not overly sweet, the vanilla crumble added crunch and texture and their guava preserves were the right balance between sweet and tart. My husband loved the cream cheese mousse that came atop. Seriously, if you come here and only order one thing, make it these pancakes. I promise you will not regret doing so. read more

There was a 45 minute wait when we got there around 11 for Sunday brunch but we were able to keep track of our place on the waitlist through Yelp, which was very convenient, and it moved down quicker than we expected. Got the spicy tuna toast and they're extremely generous with their tuna here! Not spicy at all, but still very flavorful and filling. We also shared the mixed nuts croissant as dessert and honestly would've gotten other flavors if we weren't so full. It was served warm which made it taste even better. I been wanting to come to this place for the longest tome and finally got around to it on the spur of the moment. I was told to go early as it tends to get full and that the croissants go quickly. We arrived about 30 min after it opened which I think was smart. Not too long after, maybe another 30 minutes, families started coming in. The staff is very friendly and service is quick. We ordered coffee, a plain croissant, chilaquiles and the truffle bun. Portions are generous so you're really getting your money's worth. The food is delicious. A girlfriend and I were in town, and went to B Bistro on the recommendation of the front desk person at our hotel. There is limited inside seating so be prepared to sit outside unless you're willing to wait. There are a bunch of outside tables that are socially-distanced and have heaters. We sat outside, and while chilly, it wasn't the worst thing. My friend ordered the fruit and grains bowl which was very large- she could only eat half of it! We split the chocolate croissant which was tasty and the chocolate just spilled out. I ordered the truffle bun, and on the recommendation of our waiter, I added ham and avocado to it. B Bistro is some the most delicious, unpretentious brunch food in Brickell. I genuinely don't think there is a bad menu item, and each entree uses bold, simple flavors that are just done well. A true gem amongst the fluff and spectacle provided at some other Brickell spots. While each experience I have had here has been nothing short of Amazing, taking one Star away because it is a little frustrating that this location does not take reservations. This results in a roll of the dice anytime you want to go, with wait times for tables ranging between 15 minutes to 90 minutes depending on the time and day. While the food is great, there are too many other options in Brickell that are nearly as good, which won't require a wait. read more

I'm sure the other brunch plates are delicious too but I just always go back to the truffle bun. I order with out bacon jam but have heard that its got a great flavor so don't skip if you eat meat. All of their salads are delicious too, especially the dressing on the Mediterranean Kale. Make sure to save space for one of the crossaints. My favorite is the mixed nuts. It's denser and almost tastes like a baklava, but you can't go wrong with any of them. There's no reservations so come early or be prepared to wait on the weekends. Came here to try out a nice brunch spot near Brickell and decided to give it a shot. Wait time was reasonable especially since we asked for indoor seating. Me and my party member ordered the steak and eggs with a double shot of espresso and a margarita for my guest. I originally thought the plate was pricy ($29) but after careful review and destroying my plate I thought it was worth every cent! The steak was coming apart with my fork and the scrambled eggs were fluffy and delicious. Our server was timely and kind especially since we went an hour before closing time. The croissants are made to order and unfortunately they were out of them at the time we showed up but we enjoyed our experience nonetheless. The indoor seating was honestly the best out of any business I've been to since covid, the tables were separated by a thin glass and there was even a FAN for me at the table as well as a dispenser of hand sanitizer! This restaurant might honestly have the most out together staff I've seen in Miami and it made the experience that much better. Right after ordering, my order of the pastelito guava pancakes came in what seemed like minutes ( warning: the pancakes are sweet so be prepared). As someone who eats a lot, I can say these pancakes were A LOT and delicious ( I love guava).
