The food and drinks were great, we stopped here on a whim while in Miami and we were pleasantly surprised. The ambiance was good for breakfast food, the service was great. Would def go back if I was in Miami again.
Food and coffee were both great. Service was a bit pretentious. No condiments on tables so you ask for hot sauce and syrup and get an eye roll... nice fast casual setup so would be good to have condiments by the water dispenser.
such a cute little cafe in a cute area! they have both outdoor and indoor seating. we stopped here for breakfast when we were in miami and they had a huge variety on their menu that i couldn't decide what to get! we ordered at the cashier and picked a table inside since it was super hot outside. the food was prepared really quickly. i got the spanish breakfast and the golden latte. the spanish breakfast was super filling, and i'd definitely get it again! this was my first time trying plantains and they were good! i think the spanish breakfast included tofu as well, but it was very chewy so i couldn't finish it all. i've never had a golden latte before, so i was surprised when it was actually yellow. would definitely come back and try more from their menu!
Went here because i was walking by and saw they just opened and i wanted a coffee after my workout. I ordered just a plain vanilla iced latte. It was too warm for an iced latte and had way too much syrup. The person taking my order wasnt too friendly. Probably wouldnt come back, or if i do, it would only be for food (their pancakes for breakfast looked good).
This is a cafe with restaurant quality food. You order at the counter but they bring the food to you. I got the shashuka which tasted fresh and zesty. However, the eggs were cooked through so the yolk did not burst the way I wanted it to. My husband got the Spanish breakfast which was honestly better than the shashuka
What a lovely atmosphere this restaurant has! Came here for a late breakfast and we dined outside. I ordered the Shaksukka and a side of sausage, along with an oatmilk latte. The entree was very good and full of flavor. I loved how billowy and soft, yet toasted the pita wedges were. Very filling dish and I could only eat about half. The side of sausage was a big portion! Not bad for $6. Service was good and food brought out quickly. I will say that the restaurant dining area and outside seating area are so lovely and inviting that it makes their bathroom pale in comparison.

After an evening out, my husband and I desperately needed strong coffee and a big breakfast. Parking in Miami is a nightmare, but walking a few blocks was worth it to get to Novela Cafe Social. The cafe is filled with remote workers quietly working and sipping their coffee while others head to the back to a yoga and Pilates studio. The workers were really nice and helpful as we decided what coffee and food to order. I was desperate for coffee so forgive the no picture, but I had an iced latte with extra shot and hazelnut that helped me wake up, and the French toast covered in berries that soaked up the alcohol from the night before. I love challah toast, thick, cinnamon, and the berries came together for a great bite. It really hit the spot! My husband also had an iced latte, I think with honey. The American Breakfast was huge and way more than he expected as he'd ordered sausage on the side not realizing it came with bacon, and there was even hash browns under the scrambled eggs Overall, we had a great experience and if we were local we'd definitely come back, as I see why so many choose to come and work out of this space.
I thought this place was fantastic, coffee was good food was delicious and the prices are decent. You also get to sit in the courtyard with the beautiful trees definitely recommend!

Great spot for breakfast! I visited this past Saturday with my mom and it was worth the drive. I ordered the French toast with a side of bacon, a cordato over ice and she had the avocado toast with the matcha lemonade. Both plates were delivered to the table quickly, service was top tier, everyone was extremely nice and the ambience was chill. The only downside is having to share the restroom with the hot Pilates / yoga studio but other than that no complaints. Would love to be back soon to try more from their menu. read more
novela has such a vibrant atmosphere. because of the continuous bustle, you get the feeling it's all hype. after ordering half the menu (because my friend and i were literally wasting away) we picked a table outside to hear the birds and stare at the trees. it was a beautiful day to take brunch on a patio. once our food began arriving, the server seemed so pissed that we ordered a lot of food. like let us be greedy in peace, please. we tip well and it was also the first time i visited novela. the servers gestures were restrained and his face held firm tight lips. his nasty disposition was very obvious to other patrons as well. as our food began arriving, he was so irritated that we had multiple plates on the table. he took our number before we even received everything but we eventually sorted it out. besides mr. grumps, the food was spectacular!!!! i live for beautiful meals like that one!! the shakshukka was phenomenal and i wish i could have the novela version every single day! also, the avocado toast was done soooo right! the pancakes were also brilliant! 1000/10 would hella recommend! bonné appétit read more

We all know wynwood is heavily over saturated with coffee shops but for some reason Nivela hits different. I don't know if it's their floral decor, the salsa music playing, the amazing coffee or the beautiful outdoor patio perfect for the spring. Perfect place to enjoy a breakfast date or getting some laptop work done. All in all will def be coming more to try all their delicious breakfast options. read more

I tried this place with a couple of friends while we were waiting to head to our cruise. The ambiance is absolutely amazing. As soon as you walk in you feel the vibe and it's very cozy and inviting. A plus is that there are soooo many outlets near the seating area. There's also an outside sitting area that's covered. We opted to sit inside because it was a little warm out. I ordered the cheesy eggs on a brunch with a side of sausage patties. The eggs were delicious and fluffy. The cheese was divine and the pull effect was real with the cheese. The bottom bun had some sort of jam on it that I didn't realize until I bit into it. It added such a sweetness to the sandwich that blended perfectly. The patties looked to be homemade and were a nice size. Not sure if it was chicken, pork, or turkey. They had a great flavor to them in that they were pretty hearty and nicely seasoned. This meal was nice and filling! I would definitely visit again :) read more

The food was good but not amazing. It's pricey given that it's Miami. But the vibes of the place were nice. We are outside in the courtyard under the trees which was very pleasant. The servers were pretty amicable and the decorations were cute. I had the breakfast burrito which tasted good but was a little too greasy for my taste. I would say it's a decent option for breakfast in the area. read more
Novela is one of my favorite little cafes to work from. The WiFi is solid and the food and coffee never miss. I got the sausage egg and cheese sammie on brioche with spicy mayo and it was unreal--so good I find myself craving it way too often. The avocado toast with a fried egg hits every time too. Great patio for hanging with dogs and people. Food was really good and the service was lovely. We had coffee drinks, eggs, breakfast burrito and a Spanish breakfast dish. Only thing we didn't enjoy fully was a green drink. We will be back. And the yoga class inside looked awesome. read more

Stumbled onto this place on a Sunday morning while looking for a brunch place to try. The style is to order at the counter and pick up your coffee there; food will be delivered to your table if you order any. The menu has a good blend of breakfast options. There are also lunch options if that's what you're looking for. The coffee was a little disappointing. I had a cappuccino. Presentation was great but there was nothing special about the flavor and was actually pretty bland. Food was pretty good. The American had a nice balance of potatoes, bacon, eggs, and pancakes. I thought the portion size was good to not over eat. The potatoes had the best flavor. The eggs were over easy and well cooked but lacked some seasoning. The açaí bowl was fresh and delicious. I personally am not a fan of coconut shavings but it added another flavor to the dish. The best part is easily the seating area. You can bring stuff to work outside or just enjoy the space and the weather. read more

I came with my mom for the first time today on National women's day and I was not disappointed by Novela Café Social, I was impressed. My mom and I love it, she got the Spanish breakfast and I got the avocado toast with eggs and we both got matcha latte. Best place to get a matcha latte. The place is super calm, welcoming with a peaceful atmosphere and the vibe is great. Highly recommended! read more
Food tasted very good and rich in flavor. A little pricey but a decently short wait. Plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. You must order and pay at the counter and sit to eat. Tips are optional. Many people come in to eat or grab a beverage after doing hot yoga and Pilates on the back side of the cafe. Hipster location with chill vibes and lofi music. read more

This is our second time coming here, and we loved it! The scenery is beautiful, as both the inside and outside seating has a nice atmosphere. The food was amazing! We really recommend their Shakshuka, as it has an amazing flavor and the eggs were cooked to perfection. I also really recommend their ube iced latte it was amazing! Overall an amazing way to celebrate my 18th birthday with my family :) And you should totally try this place! read more
Really love this spot to hang out and get some work done. The coffee is quite good and they have a range of food and pastry offerings. I had a really nice breakfast sandwich on a tasty brioche and the price was super reasonable for the quality and the portion. What really makes this place great though is the setting. They have plenty of space inside as well as a really beautiful outdoor area. Lots of tables and some couches set amongst the loveliest oak trees with moss and orchids. I'm always productive here because it always makes me feel calm. I generally avoid Wynwood but will come for novela! read more
All I can say is wow, this place is fantastic. First of all the ambience and decor is beautiful. I absolutely love the courtyard, it's perfect to sit outside and enjoy a lovely breakfast. It's really peaceful with all of the plants and flowers, and there's plenty of tables and space for everybody. The food is amazing too, I opted to get the Spanish breakfast, the rice and beans were super tasty, the halloumi cheese was grilled to perfection, the sweet plantains were so decadent and the eggs were lovely too. We also absolutely loved the house made hot sauce. Finally, we got the pour over coffee, which was Delicate and a light roast, it was a really nice cup and we absolutely loved the coffee server that it came in from Japan. This place is definitely one of my favorite spots I've been to in all of Miami, highly highly recommend! read more

This place seems like a low-key lifestyle restaurant. They have hot yoga, healthy food options without sacrificing flavor, great spacing in terms of providing different seating varieties whether it be indoor or outdoor, round table, table tops, etc... whoever designed the floor layout is a smart cookie by creating different spaces for patrons to enjoy socializing while having personal space. This place is more on the fun casual side so order up front and a server brings your order to the table. Overall, staff were friendly. read more

Service was decent. Ambiance is bustling; it's great to co-work because of the several seats with outlets but i think it would be difficult to take work calls here because of how loud the music can be. I had the novela breakfast which was delicious. I also had a hot rose latte with oat milk which was divine. Unfortunately, the iced rose matcha with oat milk i also had later on didn't hit the spot the same way the coffee did. I asked for rose and received a plain matcha. It was fine just not what i was craving. My friend had an iced hazelnut latte that she really enjoyed. She also got the beet juice blend which i thought was good but for her it was too beet forward, so keep that in mind if you aren't a huge beet fan. Overall i'd like to return next time i'm in the area looking for a space to work. read more
Great addition to Wynwood. Excellent indoor/outdoor ambiance with lots of seating. Calm and airy, despite being right in Miami Avenue. The shakshuka was one of the best that I've recently had. Absolutely delicious. Very good cold brew, as well. Also a free cold still and sparkling water station. read more
UPDATE: I no longer recommend this place. Ordered again from them and was very disappointed. The French toast was soggy and covered in marmalade. Why wouldn't they put toppings on the side? The bags now come wide open, no security seal, no tape, no staples. See pics. Breakfast potatoes used to be great the batch I got today tasted like it was made a few days ago and the pancakes came with no butter on the side or anything, just dry, cold and tasteless. I'm all about CONSISTENCY which this place obviously lacks. Was a 5 star now it's a 2 star, and that's being generous. read more

Great vibe for a meeting or healthy meal. All the food looked and was great and hot! Coffees delicious!! The Mexican soup was healthy and full of chicken, the yogurt and granola was almost too pretty to eat. Will definitely be back. read more
