He stopped by to make sure the shingles he used would match. Came back a few days later and took care of everything. The jobs was a little larger than my estimate of 6 or 7 but he stayed with the same price. He also gave me the inspection of the roof that probably should have been caught when the house was purchased. The price was very reasonable. Best money I have spent during 2020. I know who I will call when I need a new roof on my house.

He also made a few suggestions on additional repairs that he thought would be necessary in order to do the job properly because he noticed some pretty bad rot on the edge of the garage roof (which was damaged because my old shingle was in such bad shape). Quote was detailed and all the work included in the quote was done. No surprises. They were very easy to work with and also had really competitive quotes. Overall I'm very happy with the work and will definitely contact them again for additional exterior work.

He has a great eye for finishes and product detail. Mike does a large portion of the work himself, his long time crew is incredible clean and conscious of being in your home and treating it with the upmost respect. Mike helped finish our kitchen remodel, he had to demo and redo 2 bathrooms, a primary bathroom and a 2nd bathroom, he had to fix a lot of plumbing and electrical work along with tile and trim work. He has an excellent fabricator as well. Mike has been in the business a long time and it shows through his extensive knowledge on construction and material. He uses a detailed construction app that helped him and us track every step of the project. Mike makes himself available even after the project is complete to check on things and make adjustments when needed. I would recommend him for any construction project you are considering, large projects and small, he does the job correctly. A+++. Thank you Mike!!!!

He even took a 3D walkthrough render video for the insurance company (I wish I would've cleaned up first but...). I felt really good about the recommendation because my ceiling was soundproofed and Mishka was super knowledgeable about reinstalling it the correct way. And then...we waited. The insurance company was moving like molasses, Mishka was very helpful in telling me how I could put some fire under them to get it done. During the wait, I started a DIY bedroom renovation, where I was soundproofing one wall. Mishka actually came over and helped me come up with a game plan for what I needed for that project as well. During that reno, I noticed my ceiling was super wavy, Mishka said his guys could handle that for me. So they (Jean and Carlos, I believe) came to demo and re-drywall my bedroom ceiling. The price was above what 2 other guys quoted me, but I felt more comfortable with Mishka by that point. I was still DIY soundproofing and they told me some of my metal studs weren't gonna cut it. So I put different resilient channels up and hung the drywall myself. (I told Mishka I really wanted to try to hang drywall for the first time and he walked me through the steps.) Mishka had the guys mud and tape it for me after the ceiling was done (bc I know my limitations). Insurance took 90 days!!!!!!! But when the funds were sent, Mishka had the same guys come do that work. It took them 2.5 days. My bedroom ceiling, my kitchen ceiling, and my soundproof DIY wall...ALL look amazing. The communication with Maggie and Mishka via text (and phone calls) was great. They protected my floors and furniture well. I'm very happy and will most likely be calling Mishka again when another one of my DIY projects goes awry.

Quality Remodeling, Inc. truly lives up to their name. From the moment I met the owner Scot, I…read morecould tell he was a professional and took our job seriously. Our project had a few different elements - we wanted to completely gut our master bath, and convert a water closet in that bathroom to a laundry area accessed from the hallway instead. The area we were remodeling was an addition put on before we moved in, and the heating and A/C was done so poorly our bedroom and bathroom barely received any heat or A/C at all, so we also wanted to put in a new HVAC system for the addition. Last minute, we were also able to add another hall closet. Others who'd come to give us quotes on our somewhat complicated project stayed 5 minutes. Scot took precise measurements, asked tons of questions, and thought of every aspect of the project so he was able to give us an accurate quote upfront (he was the only one who noticed we'd need a new electrical panel, for example. I know the others would have figured it out, but Scot was the only one who thought to go to the basement and look. For the contractors that didn't, that would have added a cost on later in the project after we'd budgeted without it, and that's just one example of what Scot caught that other builders didn't). He also came back a second time with a team of HVAC professionals to assess our HVAC issues and discuss solutions before giving us a quote. Before he had our business, he already treated us like his most important customer. After being burned by a different contractor in a kitchen remodel years ago, I was weary of starting a new project. Scot gave us a realistic timeline that we agreed on, and stuck to it. We had one worker, Walter, here every day of the project (occasionally even on Saturdays and a holiday). He was so polite, and worked so hard on our project. There were many other days where there would be a team here assisting Walter, but even if he was the only person here for the day, he always made a ton of progress on the project (and really, another person wasn't necessary those days). His work was absolutely beautiful, high-quality, and it is obvious he pays close attention to detail. Our house wasn't left a mess, either - as it was appropriate to the job, the worksite was cleaned as they went, and with the exception of dust (which is to be expected), I didn't have a huge mess to clean up when everything was complete. The other thing I loved about working with Quality Remodeling is that the owner Scot was constantly in contact with me, whether by phone, texting (which was great!), and he came by at least once a week to check up on things. So did the foreman for the project, Mark. I knew they were always around if I had questions or problems. Whenever I'd have to deal with sub-contractor (like for the vanities or the countertops), Scot would make sure I got in touch with the right person, then he'd follow up with me and them to make sure everything was going according to plan, budget, and schedule. The sub-contractors Quality Remodeling works with were all top-notch. Scot is such a friendly, knowledgeable guy. He made sure that we got what we wanted, even when it was a little hard to do. He even tried to track down some elusive tile I had found online, and after our project was completed, he checks up to make sure things are going well. We experienced a problem with one of the plumbing fixtures we bought after our project was completed, and Scot called the plumbing company on my behalf after they told me they wouldn't exchange it, and got a manager to override the decision. You can tell he genuinely cares and wants people to be happy with their projects, even after his obligation to the customer is complete. I have already recommended Quality Remodeling, Inc. to family members considering remodels. Our project turned out to be exactly what I had envisioned, and the construction of it truly lives up to the name Quality. It was truly a joy to work with the Quality Remodeling team. They know what they are doing, and they truly care about their customers. If we have any projects in the future, I know I'll be calling Quality Remodeling, Inc. in a heartbeat.
