B'Antonios Gluten Free Pizza is overpriced compared to Casa D's fire grilled pizza.
Gregg S.

I would not go here if you desire gluten free pizza. Pizza and soda was $26, with tip it's easily over $30. Food was good but you can go to Casa D's and get a large gluten free large pizza for $13. At B Antonio's Small is $8, med $16, large $20 then they up charge gluten free an additional $4. Not worth the money. I am a big supporter of local businesses, but there are too many reasonable pizza places to pay that kind of money. They had 7 workers there just standing around talking maybe that's why they have to charge so much for their pizza. I dined in was not given any napkins or silverware and was never asked if I wanted a drink refill.

Is this Game of Thrones? Or a four cheese pizza not cooked all the way?

Two years ago i left a bad review. We are now at four years of ordering pizzas from this location. (We kept ordering under my wife's name so people didnt spit in our food.) Something has changed. Superior pizza. Deserves respect!

Their ranch base on the philly was superb and the roast beef was really thinly sliced but well packed for a meaty, hearty pizza.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by two hosts who were both very pleasant. We were seated immediately and accommodated our request to sit near the bar. The ambiance is absolutely striking. While chic and polished, the interior also gives off elegant Caesars Palace-inspired design vibes--grand, dramatic, and visually captivating. The bar setup is truly breathtaking and instantly draws you in, making it a perfect spot for a date night or celebratory evening. Our server, Dawn, truly made the night exceptional. She was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable, and her recommendations were spot-on. We ordered the lasagna and the salmon with potatoes and spinach--both dishes were beautifully seasoned and full of flavor. The drinks were just as impressive. We enjoyed Uncle Nearest Nearest (which came with an ice cube stamped with an "A"--such a great attention to detail), a Luxy Lady, and prosecco--everything was a hit. I've seen a few comments about portion sizes, but we felt they were perfectly aligned with what you'd expect from an upscale restaurant--satisfying without being overwhelming. The only reason I didn't give a full five stars was due to the manager (or who I assume was the manager). He stood nearby for long periods without engaging with guests--no greeting, no smile--just an uncomfortable, awkward presence that felt a bit like being stared at. Most managers on the floor interact with guests, so this stood out. Aside from that, we had a great experience and will definitely be returning in the future.

Each dish was surprisingly bland and lacked any real flavor. The food was mediocre at best, and we even joked that Fazoli's had more taste. It was noon and we were the only customers in the restaurant for lunch which we now understand. On the positive side, our waitress was wonderful and the atmosphere is very nice. Unfortunately, good service and a pleasant dining room couldn't make up for the disappointing food.

His current venture, Bistro Nota, is great, but has a couple of flaws. First, let's talk about what's good. Mainly it's the food, which is uniformly and consistently excellent. Flavors and textures are spot on and portions are generous. The wait staff are well-trained, attentive, personable, and knowledgeable. Decor is basic, but the room is comfortable and the background music is well-chosen and at just the right sound level. The flaws are mainly two. First, the menu never changes. We've been patronizing the restaurant since it opened and are getting little tired of the same offerings. And for a person like myself, who doesn't eat red meat, the selections are even more limited as beef plays a major role on the menu. My conception of a fine dining restaurant (I don't know -- maybe Bistro Nota doesn't see itself as that) is one where you are offered a chance to discover something new at every visit. Bistro Nota doesn't fill that criterion. Second, the dessert menu is abysmal. Typically you have the options of a chocolate chip cookie or a blondie. From time to time the restaurant will offer a "special" dessert (there was a tasty pot de creme a couple of weeks ago), but they never stay around and you have to be pretty lucky to be there when one is offered. For a restaurant with such high quality apps and mains, the limited dessert menu seems like a major flaw. Right now Bistro Nota is very good, really nice, a reasonable option for those looking for some really tasty food. With some attention these two criticisms, Bistro Nota could really elevate itself to something special that would rival anything to be found anywhere in northeast Indiana.

She made sure that the water was filled and that the food was perfect. I can't stay enough how amazing the food is. I feel that it is on par with the nearby farm table restaurant. The bad: I made a reservation for bar seating since we were going dressed very casual. It was a quiet night so we didn't really need ireservations but I didn't know what to expect being our first time here. The bar seating was the problem. We were seated in a booth, no surprise there. The problem is that 60-70% of the booths in the bas area are elevated. Why is that a problem? There is nothing under your feet, no bar, no platform, nothing. So there I sat with my legs dangling like a little kid at the grown-up table. It was terrible. I should have just moved to the bar rail but I shouldn't have to. Whoever made the design decisions related to the elevated booths must have been in the NBA. This seating cost you 2 starts, it was that bad. At least I know if I go back to reserve the normal dining section or just sit at the bar rail where this is your choice of a platform for your feet or a foot rung on the chairs.

Don't Be Deterred by the Rating--The Food Is Great!…read more As a fan of Biaggi's in Iowa, I was thrilled to see one in Fort Wayne but puzzled by the lower ratings. I get that it's busy, but there's zero reason to treat patrons to your establishment in any way but with kindness. So thanks for ruining what should have been a nice lunch. Our server was absolutely delightful and as I said, the food was great, but it will be some time before any of us come back. I will bsolutely direct everyone to leave if I see this sour woman walking around. Thanks for making mother's day less than ideal for our family.
