If you like being told that you are a liar, then please, go to this business. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. I had five dress shirts dry cleaned recently. Once I got around to finally wearing the shirt in question, I realized that the sewn in cufflinks were missing. There were also two buttons that were missing before I sent in the shirt. I never asked for them to be replaced, I just wanted the shirt cleaned. However, they put new buttons on​ and did a horrible job sewing them on. I immediately called the dry cleaners and explained what had happened. They instructed that I bring in the shirt and they would fix it. I brought it in, and they didn't have any explanation​ for the missing cufflinks. They did say that they would review their camera footage to find out who cleaned the shirts. They told me that they would call me back soon. I waited a week, and still,​ there was no return phone call. Finally, I called back and asked for an update on the shirt. The lady I spoke with said that they fixed the buttons on the shirt. I asked about the cufflinks, and she said that there were no cufflinks. I told her that I bought the shirt for $100 and I wanted the sewn in cufflinks and to know where they went and what happened. She told me that I needed to come in and speak with Jen, the owner. I went in the following day. When I went in, I had a great attitude, I was asked by an employee what my last name was. I told the employee my last name and that I was here to speak with Jen. The response was less than welcoming. I was just pointed to a lady behind the main counter. I introduced myself and told her that I was told to come to​ speak with her about the shirt that was dismembered​. She pulled the shirt out and showed me the buttons that they had fixed and she seemed so satisfied​ with their work. I told her that the buttons were the least of my concerns. I wanted to know where my cufflinks were and why they weren't attached and what is going to be done about it. She immediately said that they never cut anything off any shirt, and that sewn in cufflinks don't exist in fashion. She also said that there is no proof that this shirt was dry cleaned by them. She said that the shirt was dry cleaned somewhere else because they would never do a bad job like that. She also said that she looked up the shirt at Macy's and it is only worth $20-$30. And that I was making up the fact that I paid $100 for it. She questioned me on how much I pai​, and said again that I was lying about how much the shirt cost. She was just arguing with me, telling me that I was wrong and mistaken. I was visibly upset because she was telling me that I was lying. It went from 0-60 in no time at all. Then, a man came up. The same man who I had dealt with previously. He said that I didn't have a tag to show them​ and that they don't know if the shirt was dry cleaned at their location or maybe another location. I kept telling them that I haven't gone to another dry cleaner, that this was the first time that shirt had ever been dry cleaned. The lady asked how I was cleaning it before, and I said I was washing it in the washing machine before. She just smirked at me. They both kept telling me that they would take responsibility if I had brought​ in the tag proving​ that the shirt was dry cleaned with them. So, I said, Okay you would take responsibility for the missing cufflinks if I had the tag? Then, the lady said "No" because they don't cut off things from clothes. So that argument was a joke. Basically, the entire experience was awful. I have never in my life been treated like that. After going back and forth with both of them about my missing cufflinks, I finally got them to attempt to fix the problem. I didn't want a payout​, I didn't want them to pay me $100, I just wanted my shirt fixed and for them to at least acknowledge the issue. I pulled up some photos of what the cufflinks looked like and asked them to make them and attach them to cuff like the originals were. Their response was that the cufflinks were probably detachable, and not sewn in. It was clear that they weren't going to take any ownership or responsibility for what happened, and were going to continue to call me a liar. Absolutely the worst experience. I'm sure if they decide that they aren't going to dismember your clothing, then they are well worth it. But for times when something does happen to your clothing under their watch, don't expect them to acknowledge it, let alone take responsibility. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Customer service is the most important thing when you have a business. I started bringing my clothes here and started to noticed things that were not right. When I would bring it to a worker attention by the name of EDITHA she had a very nasty and poor attitude. She had a nasty attitude with me on numerous occasions .She works the front counter and has no business working any place she has to interact with customers. A customer should not have to put up with someone speaking to them any way but professional. Our clothes were ruined there. We made the decision that cheaper is not always better because the quality of work there is not good. I decided that I should write this review so that others can be warned. BEWARE !!!! read more
