The guy that says he owns it is Toan but calls himself Tim. His brother Vu actually owns it. he is constantly smoking out front then doing pedicures and manicures without washing his hands or wearing gloves. Him and his girlfriend talked crap about us the whole time. And fought and argued with each other. She was telling him that he stinks and smokes and drinks too much is why she does not sleep in the same bed with him. And reminded him he got a DUI in 2020 too. She told him she was looking for a new boyfriend and sending him messages. Her new boyfriend even sent her flowers while we were there and they started fighting and yelling in front of customers about it. The service was horrible. I got them done June 11th and it is the 24th and two of them are peeling off and two have already completely fallen off. Needless to say I'm disappointed because it was over $100 for a pedicure gel, and my acrylic nails. I didn't even get or massage so I don't know if you have to ask for that separately anymore. Maybe I'm out of the game when it comes to nail prices but I would expect quality if I spent over $100. It's always a relaxing environment when I go. I rarely have time for self-care, so this is another reason why I'm disappointed.

My wife had shaved my head after a surgery and had left a small patch longer that was unruly. Normally I go to my stylist in Greenwood that I've followed from salon to salon for nearly 20 years, but since that is a lot farther away than this local salon that my wife has been using for about eight years (and looking great!), she called her stylist and was able to squeeze in my hair cut. Even though the stylist wasn't quite ready for me at the arranged time, we ran a few errands and came back less than 15 minutes later when I was able to get a cut. As you can tell by my rating, I was very pleased with the quality of the cut and her willingness to squeeze my very affordable service in. I find it hard to rate salons since so many stylists are independent and depending upon who you go to, your experience can be really good or disastrous. Mine was quite pleasing and my stylist was masked since I needed to remove mine for the haircut. The salon is not large and counting the owner, there are three stylists that I believe use the same price list. Note that if you wish to use a credit card instead of cash, there is a small service fee to cover her additional costs to the credit companies. The salon sells product that the larger product shops sell, but the owner believes that her prices are lower because she has less overhead to cover than the large places (Like Ulta). The five star rating is mainly due to my wife's continual great results (and her friend's too who has been going here even longer.) I could clearly see my natural nail tips through it, and they looked very bad. I again showed the photo of what I had asked for, and the staff doing my nails was upset and didn't understand. Another staff removed the gel that was done, but was clearly upset and in a rush. When filing down my nails with the machine, he cut into my skin on two nails, causing bleeding and cuts.
