I highly recommend this place for repairs or maintenance--and if you're lucky, Andrew will be the one working on your car!

My wifes vehicle did not pass s smog test. 2 error codes came up. Md repaired my issue but the next day the engine light came on. Went back to MD and David was nice and told me that one of the coils failed. He replaced free. So far so good. A few months later same issue. Go back to David. Coils are bad no longer under warranty. Its gonna be another $300 plus. I leave the car. Later in the late evening we drive by and our car is in the parking lot. David told me they would bring it inside. We took our car. Now here is the crazy part. They do not call the next day to tell us our car is missing. I call to tell him i am going in to get my keys and he asks if i took my car. I found out later that his coil changing was a treatment of the symptoms not the root cause. The lack of care is astounding

Some places will do the basics very well and that is all good, but as soon as you have something a little more complicated or requires someone to understand your car thoroughly, it gets tricky. So far, Don and his mechanics have diagnosed the issues I have had with my minivan and has done great work keeping it running smooth. While I doubted my van will last me another 5 years, Don has convinced me I can. Don is great to speak with and a straight-shooter in telling you what's up with your vehicle. My first stop was a big chain store, went in, cooled my heals for 20 minutes even though 6 of the 8 bays were empty. Walked out. Next stop was a local place I called ahead on, but darn it if I could find it, practically no signage! Too bad for them. Call this guy in Hac & Mac, he picked up on the first ring, told me he wasn't busy, said he'd put it right on the machine and it'd take about 1/2 hour, and cost $80. Went in 20 minutes later, he had super simple paperwork, he IMMEDIATELY took the car for a test drive them put it on the lift not once but twice to ensure it was fixed. I was in and out in 30 minutes, and so thankful to have it fixed 1) correctly and 2) in a timely fashion. I shall return if need be! P.S. to Paul H (below) if I was seriously going to Grand Canyon and the "newly turned discs" warped, I'd go back to the shop so he can make it right. Most business owners want to to do that if they made a mistake. We're all human.
