This is also my first time purchasing Firestone tires and even though I got their budget tires I've already put just over 500 miles on them and honestly no complaints so far just as good as my old good year tires I had replaced

I had an issue with the A/C in my 2018 Honda Civic where the passenger side was blowing cold air…read morebut the driver side was blowing warm. After getting nowhere elsewhere, I brought it here and spoke directly with Mike. Mike actually took the time to listen to the symptoms and diagnose the problem instead of immediately trying to sell me expensive services I didn't need. They scanned the vehicle, found a B1235 code related to the driver side blend door actuator, and explained everything clearly. What impressed me most was the honesty. They diagnosed the actual issue and gave me a very fair price to fix it. No pressure, no upselling, and no guessing. Just straightforward, professional service. It's hard to find shops that value diagnosing the root cause instead of throwing parts or expensive services at a problem. Because of this experience, I am 100% going to recommend Mike and his shop to all of my friends and family. Thank you for being honest, knowledgeable, and treating customers the right way. Highly recommended.

Now my entire front suspension is compromised either due to them tampering or just the fact they had to drop my front suspension 3 times. I came to this shop months back for calibration, the device drained my battery while I was on the property and the man refused to help me. I was here stuck with my baby struggling and he he was being rude telling me to move my vehicle, as if I could it died. He didn't want to help me jump it so I had to call someone to come help me. Fast forward I scheduled another appointment because there's no other local provider unfortunately he stated there was no tech available the first time I got my vehicle towed to him then the second attempt he said there was also no tech available but he'd still assist me once we walked outside he completely decided to just refuse my service. When I've already been in contact with him twice, he agreed as we were walking outside then completely changed his mind!!! After the vehicle had been towed to him twice. Absolutely outrageous. Not to mention I had an infant child with me this man did not care just wanted to be rude straight up!

Drove it for about a year with the light zero problems and took it to him when I had more cash and the tags were up for renewal. This guy is legit! I took it in to a place AAA recommended in downtown LA and explain the issue. They told me I needed a new timing chain along with a whole bunch of other stuff and quotes me $4800 for it. This was preceded with a lot of scare tactics on what will happen if I don't have the work done, which came across as very used car salesman-ish. When I ran the quote through ChatGPT I was told they were charging me dealership pricing for an independent mechanic for that type of work in LA. So I brought the truck here to Speedway where I had Minor worked done before and had a good experience. They told me my bearings need to be replaced and did the work for lesson than a quarter of the price I was quoted at the other mechanic. Work was finished in a day and the truck has been running perfectly since then. Had I spent to 4800 at the place it wouldn't have even resolved the issue, which means I would've had to come out of the pocket even more after the initial work was done. Obviously a truck of this age is gonna have some problems and when they inevitably happen again I will be back here at Speedway to take care of them. Highly recommend this place for integrity, quality, efficiency and fair pricing.
