Love. This. Place. My nail artist is Ohn (pronounced Owen) who does fantastic work. I get gel manicures, she does a great job to keep my nails healthy under the gel polish. I always make an appointment, so I've never had to wait. Even though I only go to Ohn, Ive noticed that everyone there does good work. They really work hard to make sure the customers are statisfied and take pride in the work. The space is clean and roomy. I was so happy when my hair stylist suggested B&P Nails to me! The salon is spacious, modern, and clean. It's usually busy, but never packed. I don't usually have an issue getting in without a wait. I've gotten mani pedis with a few different ladies, who are always friendly, easy to talk to, and most importantly - very peculiar about the shape of my nails. My pet peeve about getting manicures has always been a nail that is a little longer than the others or that *slight* slant in what should be a square nail. The ladies here always shape my nails perfectly, and they have a great selection of dip colors! :) Highly recommend. read more

All of the staff were friendly, the salon was clean, there were no strong fumes, and all other customers were seen promptly as well. I finally got out and went to a nail salon for the first time in 4 months. A friend had suggested this salon so I decided to make an appointment for my friend's birthday. The salon was neat and tidy with only a few people in the salon but spaced out. The salon owner was kind and very helpful finding nail polish for my friend. I loved that they had lots of O.P.I to choose from and the latest collection. We both had mani/pedis and were pleased with our services. Our nail techs were kind and efficient. Plus they were constantly cleaning after our services which was reassuring. I paid $45 for a regular manicure and a spa pedicure. Definitely worth the price and I would come back! read more

If I could give a negative star I would. I genuinely never complain but the experience I had today is not okay. I have been going to B&P for almost two years and never had an issue until today. I called two days before for to set up an appointment because the last time I called a week ago they were booked. I had to have my nails done for something and I panicked and put on the cheap nails from Target. I went to my appointment this morning and I tried to get the nails off before and even cut them down as best as I could to make it easier. The pedicure was fine, a 30 second massage and the polish didn't go all the way down but that didn't bother me in comparison. I asked for dip nails with tips, I have had these multiple time and I know the correct thickness that they should be. I apologized multiple times that getting the fake nails off was a pain and told them I was in no rush if they had other customers. Once she put on the tips then she rushed through the rest of everything. My cuticles are now bleeding. The shape is terrible and I asked if it could be made thinner she said that it was because of the tip. She rushed through and left marks all over my nails and blamed me for getting the nails on. She then got frustrated with me and I asked her if she could fix one nail and she said it was my fault. I asked her to fix them before putting on a top coat and she said there's nothing she could do. I left without a top coat, with bleeding nails and I will have to go have them completely removed and put back on somewhere else. I tried to talk to Nina, the owner, and she wanted me to come back 6 hours later to fix them. These are THE worst nails I've ever had. I paid for these nails and I should not have. I will not be going back and will never recommend them again. read more

Everyone there was super nice and attentive. The painting job on all of us are very good. Inside it's very clean they have bags for the tubs for your feet so very sanitary. I got cut pretty significantly during a recent mani. They called the owner to come in, and she applied neosporin and a band-aid, but it took about 10 minutes to stop the bleeding. I've never been cut this bad at a nail salon! They offered me $10 off and I countered with $20, but I honestly feel that this service should have been free, as a courtesy. Best nail place I've ever been to in the entire Kansas City area and I'm very particular!! Typically I get pedicures every six weeks; but have never found a nail salon to be a RELAXING experience. B & P Nails is WONDERDUL!!! Friendly staff who speak English and always understand what is needed. A relaxing environment where not only do my feet look great when I leave; but I actually enjoy the experience! Today will be my 3rd pedicure here and it's the 1st time I've had to wait.
