From start to finish, their entire team has been professional, efficient, hardworking, and genuinely committed to doing an amazing job. The guys were extremely careful and safety-conscious while working, and they went above and beyond to clean up our property afterward. You honestly wouldn't even know they had been there! Joe was so easy to work with, and Stephanie was incredibly helpful in getting everything scheduled. Both provided outstanding customer service and made the entire process seamless. They were also extremely flexible and accommodating with our schedule and were able to get us on the calendar very quickly. It's rare to find a company that combines excellent work with such great customer service, but Vista Del Ray truly delivers. We couldn't recommend them more and will absolutely use them again in the future!

I had a giant Allepo pine tree that was on a fence line and two very tall Mexican palms ....one of which was right up to the other fence line close to my house . Joe was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. His crew completed the work for me very quickly, including safe removal and extensive trimming, and everything I had contracted for was done. His pricing was very reasonable compared with the other estimates I received. I'm extremely relieved to finally have this major project completed.

I had previously paid two gardeners to remove a bush in my backyard who had left a stump buried in place which I discovered and attempted to hack out with a chain saw to no avail (and I feel like I had paid for others to have not got the job done). Santos did the legit work to get this crazy stump out! This thing was a twisted cyclone and he wrangled it up and put in root killer. I also had a massive bush out front I wanted gone so I can use the space for something more manageable later. None of us were expecting all the beach rock underneath the bushes so that was left in place which was ok with me. They didn't have time to deal with it and it was out of scope. The bush came out no problem and they didn't leave a mess. The did great work, I'll be back when I'm ready to tackle the eucalyptus stump in the back. Thanks guys.

Absolutely amazing…read more We used these guys to trim our massive eucalyptus trees a couple years ago. They did an amazing job, were highly professional and left me the wood and mulch as I had requested. At the time, we had asked our neighbors to have their dangerous tree cut back as well. It had already split one of the main trunks, and it was now leaning towards my house. They did not follow through. I have begged them for the last couple years to have this tree cut. I finally had Master Tree come out to look again, they let me know there was a 70 to 80% chance it would fall soon... It would crush part of my roof and my air conditioner. I let my neighbors know, and again they refused. They said their insurance would cover it if it fell. I was appalled that someone would say such a thing!! I told them these eucalyptus trees are called widowmakers for a reason...and insurance would not help me if I was dead! Long story short, Master Tree did everything in their power to help the situation. The owner, Cesar, said he was 100% on my side. He reached out to my neighbors multiple times and even offered to come out and make a professional note claiming the owners were being negligent that I could give to insurance if the tree did end up falling. After repeated conversations, letting my neighbors know this heat wave, the invasive spotted beetle covering their tree and the lack of rain makes the situation so much more dangerous... They finally caved. Multiple years of this drama and I can finally sleep peacefully in my own bedroom, and even walk in my yard while the Santa Ana winds are blowing strong if I choose to, without the threat of this tree falling on me!! I cannot even begin to express my gratitude to this company. Their persistence, their professionalism, their incredibly fast work is all just so impressive. They will be my go-to tree guys for as long as I live here... And I will continue to refer them to anyone who needs tree trimming. Thank you to Cesar, Esteban and Stephanie & Celeste in the office for making this happen! I'm now feeling stress-free for the upcoming El Nino. Thank you, thank you!!!

Master Tree beat all the other quotes (blindly), including the ones from Facebook Marketplace. Esteban showed up the first time to give me the estimate and explained that "a team" would show up, take all the necessary safety precautions, remove it in ONE hour, grind the stump on site (they show up with big, new trucks), and clean up. Well, they did just that PLUS they trimmed other trees for an additional nominal fee, removed other debris I had at no additional fee, and did an amazing job with the cleanup! Their office staff handled the scheduling, emailed me their liability proof of insurance, handled the billing invoice, processed payment and receipt with extreme efficiency! In short, they are professional, fast, and reliable -- they go above and beyond, and it's all done by a great group of nice, friendly people! If you use anyone else, it will be your loss!

Noe Pablo was the most thorough in messaging through the Yelp app, so my husband and I chose him. I had 2 medium-sized fruit trees I needed to transfer from my parent's home in Southeast San Diego to mine in North County. I took pictures and he gave us a very reasonable price. We also decided to also add another service to take out our palm tree. There were a couple of mishaps such as: The day he was scheduled to take out the palm tree, he was a no-show and my husband had to call him an hour after he was supposed to arrive. Then, the day after that incident, was the fruit tree transfer. He and his team forgot to bring their dolly. Thank goodness my Dad had one so they borrowed it, but now we have the burden in taking it back. Despite these mishaps, Noe was very knowledgeable and professional in his mannerisms. The day of the fruit tree transfer, he and his team arrived in a timely manner, was efficient and did a great job overall.
