Everything was neatly pruned to maximize the health of the oak trees, and the pine was cleaned up after the poor tree-topping job that was completely hacked by the utilities. Once the job was completed, all the limbs were chipped and hauled away, and our yard was left cleaner than it was before they arrived. I highly recommend working with the Tree Brothers if you want the job done right. I will hire them again for future tree trimming projects.

He said they could come out on Wednesday about 1:00pm to do the work. I accepted on the spot. He texted me to let me know his crew was held up at a previous job and would be there about an hour after the expected time which worked perfect fro me because i had to go get the keys to move a car I had parked under the tree. His crew showed up. The foreman introduced himself to me and confirmed the work they were to be doing. He and his crew raised the tree skirt (lifted the crown) and thined out the number of branches. They grinded all the branches they cut down, cleaned up, and hauled everything away too. Just awesome. All done in just one hour! I will be using them for all my future needs as well. Thanks guys!

They offered to come by right away to take a look, then scheduled me first thing the next morning. The following morning they showed up on time 5.5 hours later, they let me know the work was finished. When I got back, everything looked exactly the way I hoped it would. The yard was cleaned up, the weeds were handled, and the whole space looked refreshed. Their communication was excellent, the price was competitive, and the crew was friendly and professional. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. They went above and beyond, and I'm already considering having them handle my monthly yard maintenance. Highly recommend.

I actually found Jimenez Landscaping after seeing their company trucks driving through the neighborhood and wanted to support a local company for the work. The crew removed all of the dead trees, plants and front fence plus added concrete steps to my steep driveway, removed all of the old rock and weed barrier, and completely redesigned everything with a beautiful new rock pattern and fresh weed barrier installation. What really stood out was Nelson's attention to detail and willingness to work with all of my last-minute changes and ideas without ever making me feel like a burden. He even took the time to drive with me to the nursery and Granite Rock to help pick up additional plants and materials to make sure everything came out exactly how I envisioned it. Nelson and his entire crew were friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. You can tell that they truly care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. My front yard looks amazing now, and I've already received so many compliments. I even had neighbors doing slow drive-bys telling me how good the yard was looking while the work was being done! Highly recommend them if you want reliable, professional landscapers who truly go above and beyond!

Apparently, the building's owner did not notify the tenants of the work. No problemo.. the guys had a job to do and did it very well. They were incredibly professional. They worked as a cohesive team for the entire day, resting only when they were allotted their legal breaks / lunch time. They were clean and very organized. Each employee was dressed appropriately & had all required safety gear - harnesses when climbing trees, work boots, long sleeved shirts & long pants, ear / eye protection, and hats when needed. Their equipment was well maintained. Attention to safety is very important to this company & its staff. The staff who worked this day spoke Spanish only, but were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had access to the garbage bins (actually, they took my bags to the appropriate bins - thank you!!). They also made sure I could exit the parking area easily because they positioned their truck & equipment with attention to detail. I don't know prices or any other details, but I recommend this business based on safety, respectful staff, and cleanliness. I saw only some of their finished work and it was obvious that they understand trees & other plants.

Jorje was great, he told me he would chip it all when he got here. He did just that and did a great job trimming our trees. I had asked him to trim a lot and a month had gone by from our quote (fire season the trimmers were booked out), he remembered everything we talked about and did a great job creating our defensible space to keep our family and house safe. Our whole street uses him. My neighbor had a giant tree taken down by them. My other neighbor has him out multiple times a year to trim a heavily wooded area backing up to our neighborhood canyon. They like him so much they stopped by to say hi to him and his crew when he was trimming our trees. I have used a few other trimmers in the area who have been great. However, when you call them a 2nd time their quotes double. Jorje is honest and consistent with his work and price. We all talk about the Carmel mark-up, whenever people come to Carmel they always mark-up the price when you compare it to your friend in Seaside or Marina. He doesn't do that. He is consistent across the Peninsula. When he was in the neighborhood at my neighbor's house I took down a large branch myself and asked him if he would swing by and chip it for me. He cleaned up my unprofessional cut, chipped up my limb, and blew away the mess for me on his way out after a full day of work at my neighbors. Not many businesses in this area know what true customer service is, he does, and that's why we all use him as our trimmer.

When they were done, they just blew their debris into my planters, left my hose blocking a door, and didn't bother to clean their debris off my driveway. I guess if you're not paying them any money they don't give a rip about leaving a time consuming mess behind for you to clean up.
