Wow is all I can say. well no wonder they have been in business for 48 yrs. The whole staff was very helpful and knowledgeable getting my 85' Chevy square body dually windows front and back and brought them into state compliance for correct installation. The restoration shop we used out of Terrebonne Oregon did not complete truck as promised and sent me down the road with no seal lock on front and back windows which is highly dangerous not to mention the liability they were unknowingly responsible by law was astronomical. Lucky I didn't get in wreck for they would have been financially ruined forever. So again we came to the right shop for the fix. Thanks Larry and staff. read more

I've gone here twice. The first time to fill a chip. They came back a half an hour later and said it had already been filled. It was a used car. The second time was a large crack across the entire windshield. They were fantastic, communicated well, and were super friendly. I highly recommend. read more

I had brought my car in for a windshield replacement. People there were polite and professional. Upon inspecting my car back from the windshield replacement, I noticed that the top molding around the windshield no longer fit flush as it had been cut shorter and that there were scratches along my car's A pillar and both front fenders. A windshield replacement should not come at the cost of these discrepancies. I will not use this company again. read more

Long story short windshield was smashed and I needed it fixed so called my insurance and they set me up with this place. Made an appointment for Last Thursday went it waited about 30 minutes and they came out and said they had ordered the wrong windshield I'd have to come back the following Monday (Today) was planning on heading to Portland that weekend but had to cancel because I couldn't get it replaced. I mean okay it happens no big deal irritating but mistakes happen. So I don't drive the car all weekend because i can't see out of the whole right side of the windshield (And I'm not trying to get pulled over) Monday comes I take it in give the lady my keys and take a seat. About 45- 1 hour later the front desk lady (Sorry don't remember her name) comes out and I'm thinking sweet it's done but man was I wrong. Somehow they had ordered the wrong windshield AGAIN! At this point obviously I'm pissed! How do you specialize in glass and can't order the right windshield! The lady takes my number and Gives me my keys and says she'll call me with an update. But at this point I'm already calling around finding another place. So basically Two half days off work, No windshield, and a complete waste of my time. My family took a trip to Bend on Dec 23rd to pick up our new puppy, and the windshield of my 2016 MDX was hit by a rock. We were not familiar with the city and we went to B&D by looking at Yelp's recommendations. These are really super nice people, they quickly helped us patched up the windshield to get us going (it was snowing and we were in a rush to head back to Portland), and refused to accept our payment, or even a tip. I have heard nice things about the people in Oregon, but never expected this kind of kindness. I also learned that they also sell glasses, mirrors and shower doors. If they are so kind to me (who they know is a pass-through stranger), I'd absolutely recommend this business to my own family. read more

I had a great experience here. My windshield was leaking and was ruining my brand new headliner so I needed it fixed fast. They were able to get me in a few days after my call. A POS shop told me it would be $450 to fix. This shop sealed up some pinholes at the top of the window and sent me on my way. I am very appreciative of quality and trustworthy shops. read more

B & D Auto Glass replaced a cab window in my truck that I had to bust out - locked, running, and with my phone inside. You know the drill. They didn't have the window in stock, but it arrived when they said it would and I got right in exactly at my appointment time. They said it might take a couple hours, but within 30 minutes I was driving away with a new window. Very polite staff - they offered coffee and the TV remote right away. The price was right and they vacuumed up all the broken glass that was still in there. That was much appreciated and I will definitely do my glass business there again. read more
