    Absolutely terrible experience. Avoid this dealership at all costs…read more I brought my Ford F-150 to Liccardi Ford for a transmission issue and clearly stated that I had insurance coverage. I spoke with the service manager, Harold King, who told me I needed a new transmission and an oil leak repair. I agreed, expecting the process to move forward promptly. That did not happen. A full week went by with zero communication. When I finally called, I was told the insurance adjuster had only come out the day before--something that typically happens within 24-48 hours. So clearly, my vehicle sat there for an entire week with nothing being done. From there, it only got worse. The dealership appeared to inflate pricing despite the insurance company already providing estimates. Getting any kind of update was nearly impossible--calls and texts were ignored, and the service manager was completely unresponsive and unhelpful. After a week and a half, I was told they were still "working out numbers," now considering used parts. Let me be clear: no repairs had been started at all. My truck was just sitting in their lot the entire time. At that point, I had enough and went to pick up my vehicle--only to be charged $250 for a diagnostic that I still have not even received. To make matters worse, it's obvious why this place has such a low rating. They have wide-open, even same-day service appointments available, while every other Ford dealership has at least a one-week wait. That should tell you everything you need to know. This place is disorganized, unprofessional, and completely lacking in communication or accountability. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration--go anywhere else.

He claimed the car could be made "certifiable" for $5,000. It wasn't my first time buying a car, so I walked out right away. We stopped by Route 22 Honda without an appointment and were greeted by Juan David. We asked if they had any 2023 CPO CR-V EX-Ls available. He let us know they only had one on the lot and offered to show it to us. Unfortunately, we didn't like the color combination. He then checked their database and other lots for inventory that matched our preferences. Juan brought over a senior sales manager, Gio, who confirmed they didn't have the year and spec we were looking for anywhere in their system. He suggested considering a new CR-V instead. While we weren't planning to buy new, we appreciated the suggestion and were open to the conversation. What stood out was that neither Gio nor Juan pressured us or tried to push a sale. They were transparent about the out-the-door pricing and gave us a clear breakdown of the costs; no games or endless "let me check with my manager" delays. In the end, we purchased a brand-new 2026 CR-V from them. The price was fair, but more importantly, we were well taken care of. One thing I didn't like, though it's more about the dealership than Juan or Gio, is that they charge a fee for using a credit card. Covering credit card processing fees is part of running a business, and they shouldn't be passing that cost on to customers

I want to praise a business when they provide exceptional customer service, treat their clients with respect , clear communication and exceptional work. About 6 weeks ago I posted how my truck was hit pretty bad while parked , while I was teaching yoga . I want to thank everyone @Northeast Collision for stellar service and exceptional work . My truck is better than brand new . The work is seamless , no flaws , no hiccups. The communication along the way of the entire process was more than I could even ask for. I would give these guys & ladies 10 stars!!!! Thank you so much for being amazing!!!

Brought it here to get a quote for repair. The guy in the office walked out and spent a while "unbending" it, and brought it back to an almost new condition... all without charging me. He mentioned that the alternative would be to buy and install a new hood, which would cost over a grand so he didnt recommend. That was definitely appreciated. I'm hoping that I don't need to use body shop services in the future, but if I do, I will definitely strongly consider this shop.
