    We initially visited Metro Honda to check out a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) CR-V, but were…read moreimmediately put off by a senior sales manager who was essentially selling snake oil. He claimed the car could be made "certifiable" for $5,000. It wasn't my first time buying a car, so I walked out right away. We stopped by Route 22 Honda without an appointment and were greeted by Juan David. We asked if they had any 2023 CPO CR-V EX-Ls available. He let us know they only had one on the lot and offered to show it to us. Unfortunately, we didn't like the color combination. He then checked their database and other lots for inventory that matched our preferences. Juan brought over a senior sales manager, Gio, who confirmed they didn't have the year and spec we were looking for anywhere in their system. He suggested considering a new CR-V instead. While we weren't planning to buy new, we appreciated the suggestion and were open to the conversation. What stood out was that neither Gio nor Juan pressured us or tried to push a sale. They were transparent about the out-the-door pricing and gave us a clear breakdown of the costs; no games or endless "let me check with my manager" delays. In the end, we purchased a brand-new 2026 CR-V from them. The price was fair, but more importantly, we were well taken care of. One thing I didn't like, though it's more about the dealership than Juan or Gio, is that they charge a fee for using a credit card. Covering credit card processing fees is part of running a business, and they shouldn't be passing that cost on to customers

She was so patient and kind in communication even though shes not sales person for the car she made sure the transaction went very smooth without a hitch. She made sure all the staff knew that this was a surprise gift for my husband. She went above and beyond even put a nice big red ribbon on the car my husbands face was priceless when he saw it. Flor is an asset to VIP Honda did an extra mile for this transaction. Secondly the general sales manager was very professional and more than fair to work on a fabulous deal. Thank you Vanco Etimov for your outmost professionalism dealing with me over the phone. I said I would leave a deposit to hold a car, surprisingly he did not even charge my card until we picked up the car what an amazing treatment. Last I would like to thank Jonathan Cabrera for being so kind and professional preparing the paperwork in a timely manner and made sure we were all taking care of while we wait to finish our transaction. And to all the staff that works at VIP Honda they are all very congenial even with a mask on you can tell they are all smile while working there.     This is now the third time my car has come back from an attempt to replace my suspension! Still…read morehearing the same noise and having the same problem. When I gave them an exact diagnosis of what the issue was in the first place based off simple research online.... which btw is supposed to be their job to. Now my car is going to go back to the shop for the fourth time. Not sure the point to pay extra money for the fucking warranty when they can't fix the issues that it covers. Whoever is working in the shop here and whoever licensed them to be mechanics need to be looked at! Not to mention the attitude that I receive whenever I call over the phone and go to receive oil changes which I don't understand (because it is under warranty) it's almost as if they are annoyed they have to do something for free but don't remember once again.... I paid for that on the warranty
