She has a very precise and gentle hand - which made the whole thing much easier. It was my first time getting microbladed, so I didn't know what to expect for pain. Xen used a topical to numb the eyebrow area, which helps a lot. She also tells you what she's doing next, which helps so you feel good and aware throughout the process. Healing was much easier than I thought it would be. It took a week of putting on the A&D cream (Xen gave me all the instructions) and it was easy to do. I healed beautifully and could not be happier! It's amazing because I still look like me (which is what I wanted) - but with amazing brows that make my eyes pop! I LOVE them! I wanted them to have a polished, more pronounced look - but not look huge. Xen had different options and really listened to what I wanted. We found the right shape for my face (based on what I wanted) and she took it from there! My mom loved them so much that she got them done too! My dad gave her microblading from Brow & Line as a birthday gift - well done dad! Her brows were sparse and she had to pencil them in everyday. Mine healed quickly without any issues and then for my second appointment, I went to her new office in Pacifica. We made the brows a bit thicker and they are now the perfect size and shape. I came to Graceful Eyebrow Threading today (10/04/2026), with no appointment - I did a walk-in. She was very thorough and efficient with her clients so I did not have to wait long. I believe her name was Sarada and she was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable and super friendly. Before my appointment, I did let her know about my previously negative experience elsewhere and she heard my concerns. She used eye pads that were sensitive skin friendly and told me to voice, if any, questions or concerns to her throughout the process. She did an amazinggg job!!! My lashes are naturally long but very straight so maintaining them curled is really a hassle. The pictures I've included were right after my appointment. I also love to keep my eyebrows as thick as possible because they have a naturally thin shape to them and my eyebrow hairs are not the thickest to begin with. I had been growing my eyebrows out for months because I wanted to change the shape and make them more even. Unfortunately, my brows were basically just cleaned up and shaped the way I already had them before, so I felt like I grew them out for nothing. I was also offered a tint to help make them look more even. Unfortunately, the tint didn't help and actually made the difference more noticeable because there was dark tint left on the skin underneath one brow, making it look even higher. I also felt like the tint didn't really change anything, so it felt like money wasted. I brought my daughter for her first brow shaping because she has very thick, long brows and only wanted them cleaned up and shaped. Unfortunately, hers were also left uneven -- one was thick and rounded while the other had a more pointed arch. She was disappointed as well. I will say the lady was very sweet, welcoming, and kind, and the place was extremely busy with lots of customers coming in and out. I have nothing negative to say about her customer service. Based on my experience, I would recommend this place more for cleaning up and maintaining an eyebrow shape you already like, rather than creating a new shape, evening out uneven brows, or doing a first-time brow transformation.
