The final straw was when I received an estimate of $3600 plus $200 for diagnostic to fix secondary air injectors on my 2008 Toyota Tundra (named Semper Fi after my late father-in-law). After checking Mitchell's excellent reviews, I took a chance with their $135 diagnostic exam. Two days later, it was only a minor repair from a squirrel or rodent chewing through the wires! My total bill came to $475, to include an oil change and tire rotation!! We are picking him up today and our prayers of finding a trustworthy business to service our vehicles is finally over. Reassuring me it could be replaced and his willingness to go above and beyond what a customer would typically encounter, was mind blowing!!! This was nothing less than the BEST experience I have ever encountered. I have worked with many mechanics over the decades. Most are not really concerned about ones situation or the safety and well being of the customer. However, John was compassionate and enabled us to continue on our journey.
