They will tell you they dont have repair technicians during regular work hours but they can send someone after hours, and they charge $1000 an hour. And even though they are a local company, they charge $2000 for just the drive time. Furthermore, they are unresponsive to questions about the invoices. Avoid them at all cost.

They did the job and left, but because they wound the cables incorrectly the counterweight hit the ground. They put tenants in danger, and refused to repair their own faulty work because they "don't warranty work without a contract." Do not trust these people. Conrad, our technician was absolutely amazing! He is knowledgeable, professional, patient, personable and displayed exceptional work ethics. It took Conrad two visits to repair our elevator. One visit to patiently diagnose and one return visit to install the repaired software (which had to sent out to a third party). Our elevator was repaired within weeks when the installer couldn't diagnose the problem for months AND for a fraction of the cost of a new elevator, which was the solution that was offered by several other companies.
