They are ALWAYS kind and considerate, super polite with great customer service skills. We had a burrito supreme that was missing queso. We had a li'l burrito that was supposed to be smothered and was not. We had an order of two founder's chicken tacos that were supposed to have queso added and only one of them had queso. Those three items were brought back and shown to Mary. She berated me the entire time I was there telling me it was not her fault and that it was my fault for taking thirty minutes to come back. She said that she called the manager named "Jessica" and she said not to remake the cold food or refund the cost and that she could offer us a small cup of queso and nothing else. She said that me taking thirty minutes to come back did not justify her remaking $50 worth of product. I asked how it was $50 worth of product when the entire bill was only $30 and I only brought half of the items back to be fixed. She said well it was actually $32 and pointed to my receipt. I asked how it came out to be thirty minutes when I was back in 15 minutes and she said well you had to wait for me to help the customer that was in here and then I had to call the manager and she said not to remake the food or give you a refund because it had been too long.
