Food was very mid, there was no flavor and not very many options. The guy taking our order did not communicate well at all and was very quiet. I asked questions and got horrible one word responses. I just paid $35 for fajitas (with no tortilla choice just corn) and chips and queso. Queso was liquidated and very dry food overall. Would not recommend this place at all due to quality of food, price, and employee interactions. I never leave bad reviews, i just have nothing but bad things to say about my experience. I ordered a lengua Cali burrito, extremely disappointed and not worth the price. It has very little meat and just packed with fries. All I got with every bite was fries. If you're going to charge that much there should be meat in it. Additionally I requested salsas and never received them. Very disappointed and don't think I would buy this again. read more

The food here is yummy and flavorful. We got the fajitas plate and a steak and carnitas tacos. The fajitas were seasoned well and tasted fresh with a side of beans, rice, pico, and guacamole. Tacos were great too. We did get a side of chips and cheese dip. Chips were great! The cheese dip not so much. It has a strange almost plastic flavor. Will not order that again. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I was really craving some good queso and this missed the mark. read more

Our family of four just moved walking distance from this restaurant we were so excited to try,however we will never even call this place again. My husband ordered online and got charged $40 to find out his money was just taken. he spent an hour on the phone with the ordering service people and the restaurant trying to find a resolution telling them we could not wait more than 24hours to eat , still the restaurant had no sympathy and didn't want to resolve the issue and told us next time to order on a different site . Now they know about this and took our money ,they are able to fix it for the next customer . I'm just so shocked that we explained we had friends and family that have been wanting to try their restraint as we were new customers and they still sent us on our way saying they couldn't do anything. So now it's the customers fault for their ordering systems failing? Now we have to wait more than a day to eat ?? We will not step foot in there they were even lying about putting the "boss" on the phone when the second person said the boss wasn't gonna be back til the next week and they didn't have the number and didn't want to call the boss and bother him with a not so urgent problem. read more

Went there to try it out since it was new in Crestview. The worker at the register either couldnt hear or didn't pay attention to my order because what I was served was not what I ordered, but who's gonna wait for a corrected order? None of the employees looked like they wanted to be there nor put forth the effort to act like they did. Moping around is not a good look for your employees. It was just me and my bill was $20!!! Ridiculous for what I was served. $7.50 for Nachos and cheese?!?!? After eating the Street Tacos and not the Crunchy Tacos like I ordered, I had heartburn the rest of the night. Which is not normal. First, this place is so cute. It was very clean when I entered the store. The staff was super nice and kind. I've been missing real Mexican food. Like other reviewers have said I'm from Cali where we get real Mexican food on every corner. This place does it RIGHT! I have the Carne Asada fries. The portion was large, enough for two people. The Asada was flavorful and grilled just right (I requested well done). Horchata ... was spot on and delicious. I also got a chicken taco. It was okay but still better than anything I've EVER had in Florida. I was looking for a small burrito which they special made for me. It was for my grandmother and she said it was pretty good. My sister got the Street corn (one of our favs) which she rated 5 stars and she demolished her shrimp tacos. Please keep doing what you're doing and don't change! read more

I'm from Cali and it is very hard to find good Mexican food here,- Crestview and surrounding areas...I would say this place is one of closest flavors when it comes to authentic Mexican, it is taqueria style not a restaurant feel. Crunchy tacos do not look anything like in their pics. Reminded me of Taco Bell hard shell. Both girls working the counter weren't even paying attention and could careless what was going on. The one rang up my order "tacos with no tortilla" when I said no cheese. Two styrofoam cups for drinks was $7! I will say the beef in the tacos did taste good and rice was decent but I was expecting more flare and authenticity for the price I paid. $40 for two of us. A new place we were excited to try. However, we will not be returning. Pros- the place looks nice and had a convenient location. The taste of the food was not bad. Cons- it's new place so I was willing to overlook what I ordered being rang up wrong. I was also willing to overlook the long wait. They are new and have kinks to work out. What I wasn't ok with was the price and quality. I willy nilly ordered cheese dip, which cost $7.50! The chips that came with it were even stale. Burritos come with no side of rice or chips for $14. The burrito bowl was a base of refried beans not rice, filled with mostly lettuce, and topped with dry meat. The salsa bar was also lacking a classic mild salsa. The bill for my husband and I was over $40 not including tip. Some of these issues could improve with time but at that price point for the food you receive, I will continue to go elsewhere. read more

Wanted to visit this spot for a while now. On passing by, I've noticed they seen to be quite busy by the look of the parking lot on weekdays during lunch hours. Was fortunate to be able to stop by during a slow business hour. I ordered pastor street tacos and the elote. All were pretty good. Too much white onions for me, but that's just my personal preference. They were still good. I just kicked off the excess, no biggie. Sauces are located at the counter, not on the table. We needed a high chair for our little one, asked the cashier where they were and she pointed to the left next to the bathrooms. They weren't too clean, but I suppose they are hard to keep clean, especially in the crevices. Watched a football game while we ate and enjoyed a nice cold beer. Overall, not bad at all.
