The prices are super reasonable and the product is top quality. All of the kayaks I have used from them are in great condition and easy to use. They supply you with everything you need: paddles, life vests, maps, and even help you load the boats onto your vehicle. I was able to pick up two kayaks today in my sedan with no roof rack and get out on the lake for a beautiful afternoon. The owner helped us pick out where to go and gave us some tips. Lower Salt allowed me to change my reservation because I was nervous about weather and even though they were short on staff they made sure someone was there on the day of pickup to help load my boats up and get us on the lake. Everyone I've worked with there has been friendly, informative and helpful. I will continue to rent my kayaks from them whenever I want to get out on the lakes or the Salt. The owner Sarah seemed to be frantically setting up with her staff (HS boys) up until 1 min prior to our session starting! Looked & felt a bit chaotic. It was also our first time and we were not told prior to bring 2 towels- no suggestions or feedback on her confirmation email to do so. The paddle boards are very hard so challenging to get comfortable for a 55 min session with nothing under your head. All in all, the music people were great- I give them all the thumbs up.

The organizers encouraged attendees to use social media DURING class and there was a drone doing flyovers for about half the class which was extremely distracting and disruptive. The acoustics were not properly proportioned and we couldn't hear the sound healing instruments over the keyboard/flute. Attendees were talking during class. I tried to provide Sarah private and constructive feedback and she was not really having any part of that. I don't recommend these classes if you are looking for a peaceful experience. I would rather support business owners that care about their customers. *originally 2 stars for putting on a grand production and updated to 1 star due to owner's combative feedback on Google which speaks for itself :)

He gave us some helpful tips about where to go. The rates were very reasonable and made it easy to rent. We went with a two day rental so we could check out multiple spots. Dropping off the gear was easy too, the staff met us and helped us unload everything. When we come back we will definitely be renting our boards from them again!

Easy pickup experience for two 17 year olds. She thought she would get tired/bored quickly but had a GREAT time! We didn't realize that we had to return them at a set time (because I didn't read everything so my fault) and so when we emailed Gary asking about returning early because no one was there, he had his employee come meet them. Here we are, 2 weeks later and they went out again today but took friends and were gone most of the day! It's always so easy to reserve and pay on the website, the times I've emailed Gary he's so quick to respond, she is super comfortable picking up with great times to get to the lake early, and they are already planning their 3rd trip for the 4 of them but this time - "Paddle boarding and cliff jumping - how fun will that be?!?!"
