When we went to confirm our taxi for 3:00am the following day, they informed us that they told Susan that they were booked, and could not schedule a taxi for us. They even sent us the emails of correspondence with Susan. We were in a panic, as this was our taxi to the airport. The taxi company worked with us, and found us a taxi at the last minute. The worst, when we arrived in Heathrow from Scotland, my husband and son did not have booked seats. They had tickets, but not seats. The plane was full and no available flights until 2 days laters. Fortunately, there was a plane that did not arrive to connect with our flight, and my husband and son were able to get seats. Horrible!! Never again!!!

Called and spoke with Toby Littman (Sun City W Branch) who answered most of my questions for starters. She said that whenever I was ready she would help me with all the arrangements. I felt confident that Toby would do a great job so I called the next day and setup an appointment. Short time later we had selected our cruise, balcony room and drink package and told me being a veteran the cruise line would give me some ship credits. She also stepped up by telling me that my passports would need to be renewed before the cruise. She gave me all the information I need to complete online and as soon we got our new pictures the new passports would be ready within plenty of time for the cruise. These days it is hard to find people who truly enjoy their job and give great customer service. Toby does it all and thank her for making this cruise as painless as possible Thank you, John I. To…read morestart the event we just went to was loosely planned and terrible organized in terms of travel coordination. We paid for a private transport and ended up on a shuttle with 5 people. Clearly if you have something in writing from the travel agent in another country it means nothing to them telling me she is not good for her word and she has no pull in the market. The wedding was fantastic but the lack of communication and responsiveness was downright shameful. How do you leave the country and have no coverage after take thousands of dollars from someone? I am very worried for anyone who would ever consider spending money with Quintess Travels. Use Expedia before giving a cut to a proprietor who has lost all connection with reality and does not make herself available. Other parties at the wedding shared the same views and sadly no reviews were up prior to serve as a warning to others hence why I'm here yelping today. Since this is not a reputable company I will end the review how I started BEWARE!
