I had remembered everything, except for the ride from Scottsdale to the hotel. I called Vince and I am so happy that he took my emergency call and came to get me. He was one of the best drivers I've ever had, and that includes taxis, limos, and other private drivers. He's not one of those herky-jerky drivers and just so happens to be a great conversationalist. My flight was scheduled to arrive at 7:50 and my shuttle pickup time was scheduled for 9 pm allowing time to claim luggage, etc however my driver, Steven called when he was on his way and was able to pick me up earlier than scheduled which was perfect as I didn't have to wait around until 9. We've dealt with the construction, disruption, road closures and dust in our nearby neighborhoods on the trail of the light rail and it's now over. The ride is sweet and complete! It us really nice. The work was done well and the street us nice newly paved and landscaped. The public art for each station designed by local artists or kids. This station is out by Fry's and for the life of me i do no understand the artwork that they here. It is good to have some public transportation close to our home which is fast and reliable. A wonderfully green alternative to driving and parking. It's now nice to be on the trail if the light rail!

During the call, the rep requested access to my phone to help me navigate the process. I allowed it and he proceeded to access my bank account and steal $975 from me!! He then attempted to charge my bank account through Uber $500 eight different times within the following hour. I have a bank statement, confirming this. The attempted charges come from Uber. I have contacted Uber on more than 15 occasions since the incident, never getting any real attention whatsoever. Instead, I always get an automated message telling me since the charges did not go through, they are closing the case. And just like that, I am dismissed! There is no getting a hold of a live human at Uber. It's all automated and it's all generic and nobody there cares about my situation. Needless to say, I will never recommend or use this company ever again. Ever. Uber is the most unprofessionally run business I've ever used in my entire life. My advice to anyone considering using Uber is to find a different service. This company is not worth giving your money to. They should be ashamed of themselves.
