Everything I needed to get a referral they only have one lady for 4 offices that's just mind boggling

Dr Sejas is fabulous compassionate, caring and helpful to her patience. But the office is impossible to reach, most don't seem to care, referrals person took 2 missed apts and the office manager to get her to help. she did apologize for what happened but that was after I became hysterical. not in my nature at all. all I want is for them to care about my husband is that too much to ask. the office manager did help. but note when I tried 3 weeks ago to reach her after getting hung up on by the referral person they wouldn't connect me. yes the operator wouldn't connect me. gave me a hard time. now I'm in the dilema we love his prime but the office doesn't seems to show they care about its patience. do I get him a new doc and start from scratch or put up with it. the office manager was a saint and much appreciated to help solve issues. but do I really have to be a negative person and tell on people to make them do their job. where is the fine line to care, compassion and hard work vs taking your stress about being the only person working for 6 docs on the patients and their caretakers. Today was insane. if anything I really hope not for people to loose their job but to learn how important their actions can effect the well being of their patience. why do I have to literally beg for it. read more

This review is directed first towards Dr Olajide. I saw him on a telehealth visit for a referral to see a specialist. Unfortunately this was the 3rd time I asked for a referral to a different specialist due to my insurance company not being accepted, so on this last telehealth visit I explained the situation to Dr Olajide and he agreed to write the referral but was clearly not happy with having to do so. How do I know? He hung up on me. Then, almost 2 weeks later when I received a message from my specialist office saying they still had not received the referral, I called Elsa. She is Azalea Health referral specialist. She assured me on 4/14/25 that she was faxing the referral that day. On Thursday 4/17/25 my specialist office messaged me again saying they still hadn't received the referral! My appointment for the specialist is 4/21/25. I cannot imagine why it has taken so long to write and fax a simple referral? I have been trying to see this specialist for months now and because of this facilities incompetence I will probably not get the care that I desperately need. I will now be looking for a new primary care provider who is not only compassionate but efficient enough to handle small details for their patients that will effect their lives in big ways. Sorry to be so detailed,but I thought it was necessary for anyone needing the level of care that I do to find somewhere else to be seen! read more

We made appts as new patients, as Flagler had removed our PCP, AZA was advised of this when making the appts. We were told we had the wrong appts??? and spent a total of 2+ hours, not seen, we walked. read more

Been trying to establish a primary for 2 months now with them after being referred by the ER for seizure medication monitoring. They cancelled the day of when j got there my first appt bc the doctor wasn't in, then the second one recently canceled when I got there due to the same reason and told I would be called for a telehealth appt. I get home and do all the paperwork in the email for the call. And leave my phone on loud and waited all day. NO call. I am now out of my seizure medication and the last known medical provider I seemed assistance from was this place if y'all see my obituary soon. They failed to provide me the medical care I needed. Do not set a appointment up around 12 they will go on lunch and not even call you up for your appointment waited 2 hours just too not be seen and had too make a new appointment honestly prob best too find another care center that actually honors there appointment time read more

the receptionist desk are very rude and unprofessional dealing with patients, wait times are terrible, if you ask a question they roll their eyes! Had to wait 45 minutes after I saw the doctor, just to get blood drawn! Heard them on a phone call being disrespectful and hanging up on them. I have never seen people who work for a doctor's office behave so bad! Why aren't you doing anything about this , I have read a lot of bad reviews so I don't understand why this is still happening. I love my doctor but the receptionists and a few others like billing too need to be re-trained or get a job doing something else (in my opinion). read more

Let me start out saying this. I have a thyroid issue and need medication. I finally was able to come into an office (no ins) and try and get a check up so I can possibly get my medicine again. I've been excited to come and get this taken care of. Then I get here and all I do is wait. I believe these folks make people who have jobs wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and and and wait and wait some more. If you need help this isn't the place. I've paid already and it's now 2 hours later and I've not been seen... Update on second visit I asked for Lysol wipes again and wiped the arm rests they are Black and filthy still even after the last time me pointing it out. The staff just do not care about anything. Rude and obnoxious. In the middle of discussing my bill with me they had other chime in from other areas with patients in front of them. HIPA RULE DOES NOT APPLY HERE I WISH I COULD AFFORD BETTER !!!!!!! Ps they close in 40 minutes and I'm still in the waiting area after sitting for an hour. This has nothing to do with Covid, they are the worst about referrals. I made a doctor appointment and was told they would send referral to quest lab. 3 weeks later, because that the soonest appointment I can make with quest. They never received it. Previously they have done this to me. 3 referrals and never sent out. The staff are nice but one. She is the real big gal. I had to get a letter from my daughter doctor to excuse her for school during the Covid situation. My daughter goes to pick up, she is 17 so she can go back to school. Results negative. But that big lady was rude and would not even let her get it. Said it was Joppa violation. That lady needs to learn them. The letter was from my daughters doctor in regards to her personally and told her would not give it to her. I work 14 and 16 hours a day, I wasn't able to pick it up. I was surprised to see a negative review on Azalea, as I have only ever had great experiences there. For several years my children and I have been patients. They are always friendly, professional and - given the number of patients they serve - very efficient. Granted, there will often be a lengthy wait, so take a book or enjoy the movie they offer. Once in with my doctor, I have never felt rushed, as I have experienced in other clinics. Remembering that, I endure the wait time patiently. The facility is clean (a must for me!) and comfortable. Their sliding fee scale has been a godsend for us. The medical staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. For an affordable clinic, they definitely have earned my five star rating! read more

Run. No returned calls. Wait time for an appointment is ridiculous almost 2 hours. Nothing is anyone's responsibility. Prescription? You must drive back and forth to argue with staff. Called for the 6th time today. Left another message. Don't do this to yourself. Run. As fast as you can. read more

I wouldn't even give this place a rating of 1. This place deserves a big fat zero. Do not go here unless your life depends on it. We were told when we made the appointment for my sons school enrollment that our appointment was at 1:20. I get there and 2:20 rolls around and I still have not been seen. I go and ask how long since our appointment was at 1:20. They tell me his appt to be seen was at 2:20. We were not informed of this when we called to make the appointment. They finally call him back and I ask if we can be out of there by 3 for the simple fact that we informed them when we called to make the appointment that we had to have this paperwork turned into the school by 3:30 today and has just found out we had to do so. They told me they could not. The office manager got involved and she made this situation a million times worse. When I explained the fact that we weren't made aware that the time we were told was in order to show up to do new paperwork and not his appointment time she showed now customer service skills. She was not understanding and could not help us out and was flat out rude. She even continued to argue with me. We got placed In a room and we stayed in there for another almost 2 hours until I left without being seen. In this time the office manager continued to argue with me and not treat me like a customer. When I go somewhere and pay for a service, I expect much better service than this. The office manager even threatened to call the cops on me as I was trying to get her to get her to treat me like a customer and not an animal. I am on my way to file a better business bureau complaint after I am done with this. I sat there with my 4 children who were hungry, restless, and tired by the time we left there. This was my first and last trip to this establishment!! read more
