Facility was super clean inside and it was nice to see the waiting area mostly empty. I knew I wouldn't have a long wait. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. Took my insurance info, had me fill out a brief questionnaire and had me pay my copay. Was in the back within ten minutes and saw the PA in another five minutes. The PA was very engaged, made an analysis of my situation, and prescribed me the appropriate drugs which they called in to the nearby pharmacy for me. Overall I give them five starts and would come back if I'm ever sick in St. Augustine again.

I asked him to look and he barely bent me over and did not even look. I ended up going to hospital ER hours later to find out it was an anal abscess and had to be drained asap under Anesthesia, caused an anal fissure and fistula. This urgent care place was a joke and total waste of time, money and trust in healthcare at this place. Only thing the PA wanted was to take money and toss me aside with no interest in my painful ass skin condition he did not look at without my directly telling him I wanted to be looked at since I was paying to be seen and in pain. I would rank this place a 0, And the Hospital ER doctor was upset at that because all the PA at urgent care had to do to was quickly view the anal area and skin to know it was an abscess. Worthless urgent care center and the PA should be put on probation.
