Hotel restaurant, wasnt expecting much so ordered burgers and local beer. Service was attentive and burgers were good, fair prices. It is the only onsite dining option at The Residences at the Biltmore.

My family and I had the blessed opportunity to visit Azalea Bar & Kitchen in Asheville, NC -- and we were absolutely delighted! Every bite was bursting with flavor, and the service was just as exceptional as the food. I highly recommend trying the chicken schnitzel, fried green tomatoes, truffle fries, and shrimp & grits -- each dish was a standout! You will not be disappointed. Don't walk... run to this restaurant on your next trip to Asheville!

What a great find. The food and service are both stellar. Try the fried green tomatoes and chicken schnitzel. Brussels sprouts delicious. They have inside and outside seating. Up stairs is a lounge type atmosphere. Downstairs more tables and outside seating. Will definitely be back.

This place is a little out-of-way gem waiting to be more widely discovered. It's not perfect -- the gem still needs some polishing around the edges, but well worth a visit. It's a 4.5 stars for me. There are three dining areas: an upstairs bar, downstairs main dining room and a large two-part patio area (in season). Very modern decor. The service was outstanding -- friendly and very efficient. The menu changes seasonally. There are specials, including ones like 1/2 price wines on Friday nights. Our party started with baba ghanoush and parmesan truffle fries appetizers. The ghanoush was good but needed a little something to sharpen or heighten the favor. The fries though were wonderful -- the best fries-as-appetizer I've had. I could make a meal just out of a couple orders of these! For entrees, we had: chicken schnitzel, pot roast and drunken rotini. I'd like to think the schnitzel is intended to be a Southern reinterpretation of traditional schnitzel. It's a great piece of breaded chicken, but not the typical pounded-thin schnitzel. This was more like a huge, thick boneless breast that you'd get on a Southern hot chicken sandwich. But the breading was very original, topped with tangy pickled cabbage and tasty gravy, and served with thinly-sliced, crispy Brussels sprouts. The chicken was tender with great flavor. The Brussels sprouts were 2nd best in AVL, behind only Copper Crown. The drunken rotini had a very good vodka tomato cream sauce. The pot roast was tender and tasty, like your grandma would make on Sundays (assuming she was a really good cook!), served English-style with creamy mashed potatoes and peas (which were actually quite good). Excellent cocktails, solid wine and beer selection. Reasonable prices. We'll be going back for the summer menu, enjoying cocktails on the patio! You should try this place, too. One final note: it took a while to get our entrees. They were busy and it may be a small kitchen. But we were having great conversation and enjoying our drinks, so it was fine. But if you're time constrained, keep that in mind.

    Great vibe & evening view!

Ambiance, Food & Service was Amazing ~ got in right at closing & we were surprised at the wonderful sweet service! To top it off, the shrimp pasta was wonderful!!! Good wine & cocktails made the night. We were sorry we couldn't make it back in before leaving town, but we will be back !!!

Normally I don't give 5 star reviews on my first visit but for this meal I couldn't resist. This breakfast meal was soooo good. If I lived in Asheville they would definitely see me once a week. The dish was very flavorful and the portion given for the amount charged is a win for any true foodie. I can't wait to return to this place

They can make anything you ask for and then walk you through the history and origins of the cocktail like you're getting a mini masterclass with your drink. The bar itself is beautiful, with an impressive selection of spirits and a menu full of creative cocktails featuring ingredient combinations you'd never expect to work together -- but somehow they absolutely do. It's also one of the best places in the city to sit back and people-watch while enjoying a perfectly made drink. Do not skip The Times -- honestly, it's worth going out of your way to stop there.

Outdoor is pretty casual with small tables. Indoor decor is fun, halloween-y, and dark. They have a huge selection of liquor, so everyone will be able to find something they like. Sounds like they change their menu frequently so there is always something new to try.
