I appreciate the selection between new, out of box new, pre-owned and reconditioned. I come in with a budget and an idea of what appliance needs I have and it's easy to find what fits within your constraints. I've never received an appliance that hasn't worked and their delivery has always been within the estimated windows. I've shopped around at other national, local and independent retailers and B&B has always had the best prices for the same or similar item at competing stores with delivery and takeaway of the old. I won't say that I shop at B&B exclusively because I always do my research and shop around, but I've yet to NOT to purchase from B&B after comparing four or five appliance retailers. Take that for what it is, a ringing endorsement for you to not waste time waiting for a deal on Black Friday, Memorial Day or Fourth of july and make your way to B&B for your next appliance purchase.

He showed us where the machines were as he was taking care of other customers. It was only him on the floor but he balanced his customer service between us both flawlessly. We knew exactly what we wanted so he ensured they had items in stock, wrote up the invoices, took payment and we were on our way. Super friendly and accommodating with the delivery time and date. I highly encourage a visit to the showroom. Looks like they carry quite a bit of inventory. We didn't shop around price wise because the fluctuation in price doesn't change much and we liked the service. Try them out

But, oh well, at least I had a live body on the phone. Tuesday 2:55 -- no one has shown up, no one has called. I called and spoke with dispatcher, who was going to call tech and "get right back". I confirmed he had the correct phn number (made him give it to me) and hung up. 45 minutes later -- and seven phn calls trying to get that live body back on the line -- nothing. It is now 6:30 and still no one. I gave them two stars only because someone was actually able to help me on a Sunday at 7:30 p.m. He told me to turn off the breaker, and waited to confirm that stopped the sparking.

We were sent a text confirming the appointment and who would be coming. The day of the appointment Jordan, the tech, texted to say he was on his way. We really appreciated that we were kept up to date on every aspect of the appointment. Jordan quickly diagnosed the issue with the washer; he had the parts on hand; and got the washer up and running.
