They also provided a professional, accurate, and detailed estimate while clearly telling me what might cost more once they get in there (e.g. leveling the floor). Other companies either gave me really rough verbal estimates or overly specific (& wrong) estimates. Communication with the guys is fantastic. The work was done with the kind of craftsmanship I expected from my meticulous grandpa (that is.. they know what they're doing and do it properly!) His communication throughout the process was inconsistent. I do not get upset when issues arise since I know that things happen. The padding that arrived looked and FELT exactly like any other padding I've always had from any carpet installation. the people that show up to do the work are underpaid PoC that speak little to no english so if there are any concerns it's incredibly difficult to communicate them to the installers. the installers did a great job, but this company doesn't care about their workers or their customers. not satisfied with the work? they've already got their money so they'll just ghost you like your ex.
