I wanted a quality install and was pretty particular about details like transitions to tile, baseboards, that I wanted to pull out old carpet, I was ordering the materials, etc. Paul and Daniel knew exactly what I was referring to regarding smooth transitions and immediately said "no problem" after others gave me a whole song and dance. They also provided a professional, accurate, and detailed estimate while clearly telling me what might cost more once they get in there (e.g. leveling the floor). Other companies either gave me really rough verbal estimates or overly specific (& wrong) estimates. Communication with the guys is fantastic. The work was done with the kind of craftsmanship I expected from my meticulous grandpa (that is.. they know what they're doing and do it properly!) The guys work fast, thoroughly, are kind and easy to have around. I had feedback on two small things while they worked.. no problem, they resolved them quickly and without issue. I can't recommend AZ Prestige enough.

I needed to extend exiting tile installed 4 years ago by a different company to other parts of my home (master bedroom, walk-in closet and office). I had additional tile for them to use. They matched it up perfectly, executed as promised and left the place 100% clean. The entire process was so easy: I measured the room and sent pictures. I got a bid with-in hours and they schedule my install. They showed up on time, were very courteous and talked through any issues they encountered. I liked them so much I had them come back out the next week and install more tile. This is a company you keep in your contact list and refer.

He is so responsive and caring about the quality of work being done. We ended up having all sorts of other remodeling projects done with Abraham overseeing it. When doing the floors, they found black mold under one of the showers. They tore out the entire shower and put in a new one that looks fantastic and was a very reasonable price. Working with Abraham is like gaining new family. His level of care whenever we have needed anything at our home has been like nothing we have experienced from other contractors. He has been quick to come out and has always given us a fair price. Just recently we had our ceiling collapse because of a water leak in the attic. He came out very quickly to see what was going on and to get people there to take care of all the water damage, fix the leak, and put in a new ceiling. I recommend Abraham and Zona Floors to anyone. We have had a great experience on the many projects they have done for us. They are our favorite general contractor and flooring people. They know what they are doing, and are honest, and work for a reasonable price. Make sure you include them in your quotes. They came in like half the price as our other quotes, so we weren't sure. But I really felt good about the people working here and decided to do it. So glad I did.

All sorted out before 9am on a Saturday. Speedy, friendly service. By 11:45 they were done and on their way to the next job. Now, that said, here are some more outstanding points: * Communication . They sent me several text messages throughout the morning to let me know their status. They said they would arrive between 11 and 12 and they arrived just a hair after 11. * Equipment. Gabriel rolled up in a shiny, clean, European style white box truck. It had the big built-in contraption for heating the water and sucking it back out. All the hoses were clean and the pretreatment smelled great! * Friendly. Gabriel and his coworker (sorry, I didn't get his name) were both smiling and were happy to explain about how the pH can affect the carpet, and why the water they were using made all the difference in the quality outcome I could expect. * Professional. Attention to detail. All the vacuum marks lined up and looked great! Gabriel even put plastic under the feet of the sofa to protect the wood and under a large mirror too. He spent extra time going over a dirty soap spot left over from a previous cleaning (provided by my apartment complex) I'm going to have them back to do my sofa and love seat. He said he'd get it straightened out and could come two days later to complete the job. I agreed. Then the morning of the second appointment I get a similar call and he said that he is not sure exactly how long it will take to get the grout but that he should be able to get it eventually. Then a week later, when I hadn't heard any updates, I told him I'm going to move forward with another company if I do not get word he told me that he ultimately couldn't get the right color grout. His communication throughout the process was inconsistent. I do not get upset when issues arise since I know that things happen.
