There have been times where I'd start going to the gym but because it wasn't something I had scheduled I could talk myself out of not going. The uniformity of scheduling classes helps ensure I attend. Everyone there is very helpful. It's a pricey service but well worth it for my situation. Love that I took the chance and decided to get the unlimited membership.

She is kind, encouraging, and supportive. She helped me dial in my workouts and I continue to get stronger every week. For the last 5+ years I have had severe hip pain and her attention to this has been the best thing I could ask for. My hip pain is nearly gone and I continue to increase mobility and get stronger. So, 2024 started like a plot twist for me but I decided that perhaps I needed to treat it more as…read morewake-up call, not a poorly written storyline, that's where Mountainside comes into the frame. Imagine this, on Sunday I went in the gym app with a very funky mindset determine to claim a spot in the yin yoga class so I could head to gym and do something different, focusing on wellbeing & breath. I thankfully noticed I was waitlisted because had I shown up I would be utterly embarrassed (on my mind) since I think i had signed up for a more advanced yoga class. Haha after that "failed" attempt into my new year, centered-me, I decided to start over on Monday. Monday came I got busy, never made it. Well, TODAY I walked into Mountainside like the boss (of me) and had an amazing workout, hit it up the weights, did some stretches also and I realized how much I have missed being consistent with my gym and my training. I love how clean mountainside always is, the colors around also are pleasing to the eye, great gym layout, cool people doing their thing, friendly staff, it is a very welcoming atmosphere that helps staying motivated. After my workout, I also managed to get a sauna session that is included in my membership. So, despite the unexpected plot twists of my early 2024 (and it is only 2nd week of the year!), I am so thankful for Mountainside for reminding me of my favorite cliches- "life is too short & health is wealth!" Here is to more unexpected twists and trips to mountainside to "pump some iron" and sustain the best version of myself! PS: Namaste with a side of laughter. :)

The sound bath was wonderful and the Native American flute playing blew my mind. The people attending were very respectful and quiet. I actually enjoyed hearing a few planes flying by. There were lifeguards on duty in case of problems which there were absolutely none. I was nervous about getting on and off the raft but it was simple. Thank you for a great experience. I will definitely be back with others

Yes, some of these things can't be helped but this DEFINITELY isn't a good location if you really want to be zen! The owner Sarah seemed to be frantically setting up with her staff (HS boys) up until 1 min prior to our session starting! Looked & felt a bit chaotic. It was also our first time and we were not told prior to bring 2 towels- no suggestions or feedback on her confirmation email to do so. The paddle boards are very hard so challenging to get comfortable for a 55 min session with nothing under your head. All in all, the music people were great- I give them all the thumbs up.
