We spent a few hours here, but truthfully could have stayed all day! A couple of climbing newbies tagged along with us, and the Alta team did a great job with orientation. We were also able to quickly get belay certified, which unlocked the entirety of the gym! I was so blown away by how many routes they had available - we barely scratched the surface. The auto-belay kid-friendly area was so cool as well  - I love that they're going out of their way to make climbing fun and accessible for folks of all ages. My cousin and younger sister really enjoyed the theming - they said they felt like superheroes scaling a building to save someone! Everything was clean and well-maintained, and since we visited at a slower time, we had our choice of routes the entire time! I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend Alta to new and experienced climbers alike!

We were invited by a friend to visit as guests on Memorial Day. Prior to our arrival, our friend confirmed the guest check in process with the front desk and followed the instructions provided. I received the registration link, created an account, and was issued a guest pass. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the pass would not be honored unless we  purchased a cabana reservation. After speaking with both the front desk staff and the manager, our friend was told that access could only be granted if we could pay $250 for a cabana. The communication throughout this interaction felt inconsistent and unwelcoming. What was most concerning was the lack of basic courtesy during a separate interaction involving our 2 year old son, who urgently needed to use the restroom. Our initial request was denied, and only after escalating the matter to management were we eventually permitted access. While the facility itself is modern and visually impressive, the overall experience was overshadowed by what appeared to be a lack of customer centered service, flexibility, and professionalism toward non members and guests. A premium facility should be matched by equally professional and accommodating customer service. You just lost a customer and potentially several more.

The atmosphere felt incredibly unwelcoming, and some interactions came across racially insensitive, leaving us feeling alienated and singled out. The family event thrown here was heavily restricted, making it difficult to host. Another situation was with cleanup summed up was explicitly told not to throw away the trash, only to be berated afterward for following those instructions. Felt hypocritical in a place that prides itself on having so many strict rules and policies, and would expect clear communication and consistency, but experienced the opposite. That is a family gathering ruined :)

They offer 3 free sessions, but I only needed needed one to convince myself that full body EMS is very beneficial to someone like me! I ended up purchasing an Ohm at home suit, which is very easy to operate, via the Ohm fitness at home app. I have a lot of muscle atrophy from my stroke and EMS really gets the blood flowing to these muscles. It's been about 2 months of workouts and there are signs of progress. I highly recommend Ohm Fitness to Seniors and especially those that have disabilities. You are not lifting heavy weight , but you do have to do the work. You could do almost nothing, but your improvements will take longer. If you choose the Red Mountain location, you will find a well organized site, staffed with very helpful and friendly people, along with knowledgeable instructors.

The trainer did not stop the class, everyone kept working out and no one helped me. The trainer Justin told me not to bother going to the hospital because he broke his ankle several times. I cried and hobbled to my truck and drove myself to the hospital. I am still traumatized by this and to this day they will not allow me out of my membership and try to charge my account even though I am unemployed and pregnant. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. I would give zero stars if it were an option and moving forward I hope they handle these situations with more care which is why I'm speaking out.
