I used to go to the Chandler Mall to get my eyebrows threaded until I was referred to this place. Definitely a good change for me! I love this place and as long as I live on this side of town, I will continue to go here. All the ladies really seem to know what they're doing and I always leave with my eyebrows looking amazing. I do wish that they wouldn't rush. Sometimes when they have a long wait, I can tell they rush through their clients. I can tell that they are rushing because my eyebrows aren't as perfect as when they have no one in there waiting. I usually have to do a little clean up when I get home after they rush, but no big deal. One other concern is that sometimes they talk on the phone when they are doing my brows. I have anxiety when that happens and feel like it's distracting and they aren't able to pay attention. Either way, I still really like this place and the work they all do. I am new to the Gilbert/ Chandler area, and needed a new brow place closer to home. This one seemed promising with its various reviews that were mostly good. It was about 20 minutes away from my place and only $10 for the eyebrow threading service. I thought it was a great deal! Until I actually came and got my brows threaded by these rookies. It's small, it has a strong scent and it seems like they don't want to use their AC because it was so hot! I was already uncomfortable but proceeded to trust them with my brows. The lady that did my brows was so rough that it left me with small rug burns that scabbed up. They do not offer aloe after the treatment like most places do. When I got home I had to fix some of her mistakes by having to pluck them myself, which made me feel like I wasted my money. I will not be coming back here again! I would much rather drive 40 minutes to my OG place which I HIGHLY recommend called "Eyebrow Threading by Farida" read more

Decided to try somewhere new today. This place is close to my house, but hidden away. The service was excellent, clean, friendly staff. Also, the price is much better than the place I normally go. Just discovered this tiny little place in Downtown Chandler. The lady is from Tibet and she does a superb job threading eyebrows in a matter of minutes and leaving them perfectly defined. She did a wonderful job! Today was my first time there. As soon as I walked in she took me right away. She was very nice and quick. The threading took about 5 minutes which is unbelievable! Horrible customer service even by indian auntie standards. I walked in to an empty shop and the lady did not even greet me with a smile. She went straight to asking me what I wanted. I ended up getting my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. Overall, botch job on the bows. They were not threaded evenly with my right eyebrow arch being pointier than the left. When I asked her so fix this, she got defensive and said that one of my eyebrows are naturally pointy with the arch. She tried and failed to smooth it out. As a new customer I also had a $1 off Yelp check in. She was wayy too in a rush to charge me before I could even pull up the coupon. I genuinely don't get how this place has so many good reviews. Decided to try this place after reading the positive reviews on yelp and I was not disappointed! Not a super fancy place, but it doesn't need to be when the service is as quick as it is! I haven't decided if threading is more or less painful than waxing, but I can say that they didn't burn me or make me bleed like waxing has in the past. I'll be back for sure!! read more
