I had my brows, lip, and chin threaded. She was quick and thorough! She shaped my brows beautifully. I wish I had taken a picture right away but it has been a week so I don't want to misrepresent her work. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in town. read more

I have been going to an eyebrow threading place religiously for the past year, but gave this a try since it was more convenient for my schedule. This is by far the BEST my brows have ever looked! It's day 5/6 and they still look incredible. Never going anywhere but here!! read more

Just moved to Arizona and finally found my eyebrow place! Usually places don't know how to do my brows because they are so thick and with me being so picky on how they look it's hard to find a good place. They leave my eyebrows perfect every time and it's so cheap! read more

In the past, I've tried many places and gone to individual homes, but I was never satisfied as I am here. I have had my brows done by there different individuals here, all who were as talented and efficient as the next. I truly appreciate how you can stop in without an appointment and their times works perfectly with my work schedule. Recommend 100%. read more

Thank You for seriously excellent customer service. Very professional! I was a little concerned with how things would work with COVID being a concern. But it wasn't an issue at all. They have taken great measures to make sure customers and workers are protected. This is only the second time i have ever gotten my eyebrows threaded and i don't know a-lot about it but they were very informative and helpful with making the correct choices. I will definitely be returning. read more

The ladies here are friendly, clean and thorough! They are pretty quick too which makes the wait time short. The longest I've ever waiting is like 8 minutes. I highly recommend them. They are the only people I trust to work on my brows! read more

I used to go to the Chandler Mall to get my eyebrows threaded until I was referred to this place. Definitely a good change for me! I love this place and as long as I live on this side of town, I will continue to go here. All the ladies really seem to know what they're doing and I always leave with my eyebrows looking amazing. I do wish that they wouldn't rush. Sometimes when they have a long wait, I can tell they rush through their clients. I can tell that they are rushing because my eyebrows aren't as perfect as when they have no one in there waiting. I usually have to do a little clean up when I get home after they rush, but no big deal. One other concern is that sometimes they talk on the phone when they are doing my brows. I have anxiety when that happens and feel like it's distracting and they aren't able to pay attention. Either way, I still really like this place and the work they all do. I would definitely recommend this place over and over again. read more

It is hard to find someone who knows they're craft like these ladies, they are best at what they do. Even though I live in Gilbert I go there to get my eyebrows threaded. read more

Love this place, but call ahead as they have different hours during Covid. Drove half hour to find out they have different hours. Should've called, but I'll be back read more

I am new to the Gilbert/ Chandler area, and needed a new brow place closer to home. This one seemed promising with its various reviews that were mostly good. It was about 20 minutes away from my place and only $10 for the eyebrow threading service. I thought it was a great deal! Until I actually came and got my brows threaded by these rookies. It's small, it has a strong scent and it seems like they don't want to use their AC because it was so hot! I was already uncomfortable but proceeded to trust them with my brows. The lady that did my brows was so rough that it left me with small rug burns that scabbed up. They do not offer aloe after the treatment like most places do. When I got home I had to fix some of her mistakes by having to pluck them myself, which made me feel like I wasted my money. I will not be coming back here again! I would much rather drive 40 minutes to my OG place which I HIGHLY recommend called "Eyebrow Threading by Farida" read more

Decided to try somewhere new today. This place is close to my house, but hidden away. The service was excellent, clean, friendly staff. Also, the price is much better than the place I normally go. Brow and lip done for $13!!! Can't beat that. Kampala was awesome and listened to exactly what I wanted. I will be back and they can count me as a regular. read more

Extremely clean and the ladies were nice & quick. She (Kamala) did my eyebrows perfectly! Will be definitely returning.

Groupon led me here, I was pleasantly surprised. The place was quiet and clean I went in an hour before closing time. She cleaned up my eyebrows for me and was really quick and precise I was in and out within 10 min. Which is nice so I'll be returning also the location is great too. read more

Good place for the money. I'm a guy and get my eyebrows cleaned up every 4 months or so. There's never more than a 10min wait either!

My go to for eyebrow threading! Always do such a good job and I've never been disappointed. I'm a very picky person when it comes to my eyebrows and I've definitely had them ruined at other threading places but I've been going here for years and I've never been disappointed! 10/10 recommend read more

New to AZ and was nervous to find a new eyebrow threading place. Glad I found this one! I will be back.

Just discovered this tiny little place in Downtown Chandler. The lady is from Tibet and she does a superb job threading eyebrows in a matter of minutes and leaving them perfectly defined. I found the process to be pretty painless and inexpesive ($8 for eyebrows). Will definitely be going back! read more

She did a wonderful job! Today was my first time there. As soon as I walked in she took me right away. She was very nice and quick. The threading took about 5 minutes which is unbelievable! Plus I had a coupon for 50% off so my service was only $4.... That is insane. She also handed me a stamp card and the 5th stamp you get a free brow threading. Will definitely be coming back. She did a better job than some salons I've been to. I guess I found my place for my eyebrows/ read more

I recently had my eye brows threaded for the first time and I wasn't disappointed. This place is located in downtown Chandler and I got a deal through Groupon. $4 for eyebrow thread isn't bad at all. I recommend this place to anyone looking for first time and I definitely will be back. read more

My eyebrows are on fleek again!! It wasn't as painful as I imagined it to be. The lady who did my eyebrows was very kind and professional God bless her. I was never outs to find a different eyebrow lady who would meet up to my standards but this place exceed it. read more

Durga SAVED my eyebrows!! Had a previous place completely have them two different shapes. After my mom recommended Durga, i waited for my eyebrows to grow back and went to see her, i was NOT disappointed. She explained to me the process of what we'll need to do over time to get them back in the same shape (it was a really botched job) and did her best to make them look as close as possible while still having a nice sexy arch! Thanks Durga read more

Horrible customer service even by indian auntie standards. I walked in to an empty shop and the lady did not even greet me with a smile. She went straight to asking me what I wanted. I ended up getting my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. Overall, botch job on the bows. They were not threaded evenly with my right eyebrow arch being pointier than the left. When I asked her so fix this, she got defensive and said that one of my eyebrows are naturally pointy with the arch. She tried and failed to smooth it out. As a new customer I also had a $1 off Yelp check in. She was wayy too in a rush to charge me before I could even pull up the coupon. I genuinely don't get how this place has so many good reviews. Never coming back here again! read more
