I compared all the options and chose blown‑in rockwool because 12 inches gives R‑49, compared to about R‑22 with spray foam. Both crews were great. The demo crew cleared out the old insulation and prepped the attic. The install crew put in the radiant barrier and the rockwool. They were tough, trustworthy, and respectful of my home. They kept the dust down, protected everything inside, and cleaned up afterward. They did solid work and I'd hire them again without hesitation.

They also blew insulation up against my electrical switch, which the HVAC company caught. This could have resulted in a catastrophic fire. I then contacted All State's owner, Tony, for a bid. I was pleasantly surprised with the proposed cost and engaged him to perform the work. Briefly put, Tony was on time, effective and efficient.
