This led to a massive repair and paint job. So we looked into multiple companies. I chose Kasi- but ultimately we decided once we got a new roof, then we would get spray foam. About 2 years after the initial, we had gone thru another clogged drain in the air handler (not leading to a leak), we got our roof. Then we contacted Paul and Patrick for our spray foam. They re answered a lot of my questions and even worked with our roofer team to make sure we got everything done for best insulation. They were so nice, even remembered our house. They sent their team, who took their time and was thorough.... they pay by the hour and not by job, btw. Kasi gives you a sensor and a thermometer to monitor your attic which should not get more than 10-15 hotter than your house. We did this in January 2024. The team accidently knocked our nest wires out, so Kasi sent their own AC person over to fix the issue and they didn't bat an eye at paying to do so. They are honest and have integrity. We were displaced due to sewer in Feb 2024 for 3 months. We didn't need to run our AC at all while we were gone. The spray foam kept the house temp excellent even for all of the remodeling and reconstruction. Since being back, not only is our house cooler, and our AC bill down, but it's so much quieter too. WE JUST LOVE IT. 12/10 would recommend Kasi to everyone.

I replaced ac/ hvac last year first. Now 2024- I knew these were the guys to move forward with doing foam in the attic/living spaces and also spray foam in my southern exposed walls. (The bedrooms are all on the South side) The other companies (from 2023 estimates) either didn't come out, 2 were just rude, one wanted to do a solar/ hvac / foam bundle. I didn't need any new estimates this year, as I already knew Kasi was the company to hire. Paul was out, went over everything again. I asked tons of questions. Project was 3 weeks out roughly. This week The crew was out for four days. Very clean. Thorough. I asked the crew lots of questions as they did their work. Dustin was a huge help and identified flaws in the original builders work (I never go up into the attic space) and now with all the foam, rectified some crappy insulation work which over the past 17 years...contributed to higher bills than needed. Also a plus- I didn't have to leave my house for "off gassing ". ( it means that company uses a more toxic yet cheaper grade of foam). They give you a temp sensor to monitor your attic space to see if it goes over 10-15 degrees from where my temp is set in the house. Hands down would use Kasi Home Komfort Engineers again if we move.

They called ahead of time to let us know they were on the way. Did the inspection and gave us the cost and we just had them do the job that day. Phil, Erik & Quan were fantastic. Our attic doesn't even look the same. We had virtually no insulation left as our home is 20yrs. old and the insulation was original. It is amazing up there now! Pink everywhere!!! Extremely disappointed. I've now had to have an HVAC company out twice to blow out my condenser…read moreline. I've paid nearly $1000 in service and repairs for my AC because they did not cover my pan/condenser lines at all and insulation has completely clog it causing damage to my new insulation as well as my ceiling. They also blew insulation up against my electrical switch, which the HVAC company caught. This could have resulted in a catastrophic fire. After paying $4500 to have my home insulated, I expected professional service.

The gentlemen they sent out were very nice and did the best they could with what they had. The hoses on their machine kept breaking apart sending insulation EVERYWHERE. In the house, into the garage, into the car. what a mess. Time after time this happened. They spent more time cleaning up the mess then actually doing the job. I don't blame the gentlemen doing the job as they were sent out with faulty equipment. There is more to the appointment and I will have to finish in another post. Our home had half of the soffits blocked by the builder's botched blown insulation job from decades…read moreago. Glen understood the finer points of the issue immediately and took great care to photograph and explain that in addition to the soffit issue, it was clear someone(s) had been throughout the attic and in several places the R32 insulation was only coming up to the top of the 2x6s. Leaving us with effectively closer to R20 insulation. In a very timely fashion, Glen and his crew addressed the soffit issue and blew in cellulose insulation to bring us up to a uniform R38 insulation. Glen was open to our fastidious requests to tape off the carpet with plastic to prevent insulation/dirt from getting on the carpet & my wife & I are greatly appreciative to his attention to detail. He also taped around the attic entrance and applied tape to areas of the wall that might get rubbed by the insulation hose.
