Ian S. came out to install a water softener system, Reverse Osmosis system, a pressure regulator and some plumbing rework throughout the laundry room for us, and his work was absolutely impeccable. Jackson…read morefrom Insulation Commando's responded almost immediately on Sunday and kept in constant communication; within a couple of days he was here to inspect (used a thermal camera as the "attic" was closed and had to enter in a gable, it was clear there was zero insulation; within 4 days they were back out here and insulated out garage; absolutely fantastic communication, cleaned up after themselves and while up there, I was sent photos of the area and no insulation, they sealed off gaps and sprayed in the insulation and provided multiple photos with tape measure to show it was done as promised. I have Jackson coming back for a quote / inspection on our real attic in the second story to receive a quote. They have incredibly reasonable pricing and some of the best contracting work / workers I have dealt with during our conversion of the garage. I've paid nearly $1000 in service and repairs for my AC because they did not cover my pan/condenser lines at all and insulation has completely clog it causing damage to my new insulation as well as my ceiling. They also blew insulation up against my electrical switch, which the HVAC company caught. This could have resulted in a catastrophic fire. After paying $4500 to have my home insulated, I expected professional service.

Jason and team came…read moreout and did a thorough review of the wall insulation, and yes, most of the bays did not have insulation at the bottom of the bay. After a bit of investigation it turned out the insulation blower was at fault - a dent in the side was preventing appropriate air flow into the wall cavity. So yes, this have been an inconvenience, and ultimately more holes had to be drilled, so there's more patching to do. Mistakes can and do happen, but Jason and team went the extra mile to ensure the walls are fully insulated, and that's a quality that deserves 5 stars.
