Becca came out with an "opened-unsealed box...iphone 14 was all that they had, in black. The box the i14 came in was not sealed and was not even the same model!!!! The box is for Iphone 16e!!!!! I decided I did not want to pay for something I did not want. I would be more satisfied with a newer version and in a color that I want. I went in the next day and asked if I could exchange for a i17, and Rebecca said of course, we can order that for you and She reactivated my old iphone 8, I left the store with the i14 and a dummy phone #. I left the phone in the box in the shopping bag that she gave me on the floor board of my car all week. I came back to pick up the i17 in lavender. Rebecca takes out the i14 to inspect it and finds a little pinhole, not even a scratch and would not exchange it for the i17!!!!! I walked out, and called Verizon customer service.....Now I am being charged for to phones at full price!

We had just gotten 2 new phones directly from Verizon but my wife's was not working correctly. We decided to stop in to see if they could fix the problem. Chris said that he could fix it. But he had to call someone else to consult with while he worked on her phone settings (as he obviously did not know how to fix it himself). After about 15 minutes, he told us it was fixed. He charged us $80 to fix her phone settings and transfer our contacts. When we got home, my wife's phone still did not work: she could not make outgoing calls nor receive any incoming calls nor texts nor messages. Instead everything came into my phone (and we have separate numbers) !!! I went back to Chris and politely asked for a refund, since he had not fixed the problem. He said he could not refund me, as that $80 was to activate the phones. That was a lie, as we had already paid the activation fee directly to Verizon when we fist got the phones. When I insisted on a refund, he asked me to leave the store!!!! If I could, I would give this store a - 10 stars

Apparently we were not the first customers to ask about insurance support, as the clerk cheerfully gave us the phone number for Verizon insurance claims and told us how the entire process worked. 2nd time in for upgrades. Last year I got charged for 2 phones due to incompetence and took forever…read moreto reverse charges. This year, a simple upgrade with only one staff member who hadn't even taken a break after working all day since 9am and it was now after 4, but was pleasant even after several customers leaving and I guess returning with one kind enough to bring him some lunch. Back again today because the register broke yesterday for 2nd transaction and asked to come back next day. 2 agents today but 2nd guy just walked out for lunch leaving 1 guy to continue with complex customer in front of me. I had a simple register payment. A simple pay on taxes because upgrade payment went through yesterday but computer broke for 2nd payment of taxes. Save your time and go to Phoenix which was seamless on my upgrade. Now going through another cancellation of original payment for same issue a year ago that took forever for payment reversal for a whole new $1600 phone I didn't purchase. It shouldn't take hours to do a simple upgrade. Nearest At&T is Phoenix so don't deal with an AT&T authorized dealer. A big difference apparently. Stay away and go to Phoenix if it's not an emergency!!! Terrible way to spend 2 days and get payments reversed or a new phone. The worst not an isolated incident
