Our charger for our T-mobile home internet stopped working. We first went to the T-mobile store nearby in Sedona and they told us to go call the internet customer service team instead. We did so, and when we told them we travel full time and don't have a home address we could get to in time, they called this Cottonwood location, confirmed they had the charger in stock and sent us there to meet Serge. Serge helped us immediately and brought out not only one but two chargers, tested both of them on our home internet to make sure they were working, and gave us an insulted T mobile bag to load the chargers in. Such an easy process and now we're back online! He even gave us tips for increasing our internet speed. So far, T-Mobile has had the best customer service of any of the major mobile carriers, and we've had them all. read more

Went in yesterday for a small item. I was told the couple was ahead of me setting up plans so it could be awhile. The other sales person never said hello even. So, FYI in retail, you can say.....Let me ring up this customer real quick~ I walked straight out of there. Funny, normally the sales sharks in there are all over you to appease their sales manager's crazy expectations, selling people things they don't even need!! Do they not train their sales people. Once T-mobile bought Sprint, I have watched the quality of my cellular and date connectivity slide downhill...worse each month that goes by. Very unhappy with the service received at this store. I l had been a Verizon customer for 20 years but my husband and I decided to switch to T-Mobile because they had some good promotions going on. We were visiting family in Cottonwood when we decided to make the switch. Although they were super nice in the store, they were not upfront and were extremely dishonest. I traded in my almost brand new Verizon phone and since my husband's phone was shattered they told us to file an insurance claim with Verizon and then once we get the new phone bring it into any name T-Mobile store and trade it in. Well we did exactly what they told us to do and took the new Verizon phone into a T-Mobile store near our home in California and they say that they cannot take a trade in because it was not done at the time the account was set up. The person in the store here in California tells us to contact customer support and customer support tells us to call the store in Cottonwood and they say they are going to look into it and call us back but they never do. My husband and I have called "611" multiple times and they say that they are not able to honor the promotion that we were promised by the store in Cottonwood Arizona because they did not do it right in the system originally. Bottom line if you value your time and money do not get service at this store. I am brand new to t-mobile and I am regretting switching over to them because of this. read more

AMAZING!! Came in from California to add additional lines to my plan, authorize a family member, and get a new phone! As soon as we arrive we are treated by Isaiah, Serge, and Becca. What a team! They weren't so busy on a Sunday afternoon but gave us their full attention. Becca was a superstar making sure all our questions were answered on the hardest decision taken Samsung vs. IPhone and she brought in Isaiah to break the tie. My family member was taken back by the great customer service, reassurance, and information provided when making his choice. Becca went above and beyond in adding additional lines, providing us details on current deals, and transferring data to the new phone. My family member was rest assured that any assistance he may need he can stop by the store to make the necessary changes, upgrades, and purchase of accessories. Serge was great at checking in making sure all our needs were being met and offered us some bottled water due to the time taking making all the changes. The service was exceptional and makes me want to make the trip from CA to AZ just to get it again! Keep up the great work!! read more

Started months ago by getting a phone for our granddaughter and the service was exceptional. After years of dealing with other companies that just seemed to make everything difficult or did not have answers when we had issues it was refreshing to have my needs taken care of quickly and professionally while answering all my questions. Couple months later added a line for my wife and then eventually myself and eliminated our previous provider. Recently added internet and each and every visit has been handled quickly and professionally and as they are taking care of my current request I think back to my previous provider/s and am just amazed at how this store has them all beat hands down. I have let them know multiple times how much of a pleasure it is doing business with them. From acknowledging me as I walk through the door to taking care of my current needs they are on top of their game and get things taken care of getting me in and out in short order. I cannot say enough good things about the folks here, esp. Laura Le. I was having trouble moving my service moved from T-Mobile to another provider--only because I live in a rural area and have to drive almost 2 miles to get a signal. She spent almost 2 hours helping me LEAVE THEIR SERVICE! (I wouldn't have left if I weren't getting older and need service available closer to home.) The transfer was extremely hard and time consuming but she stuck with me and got it done. I praised her to the store manager and he said they treat everyone the same, customer or not. They see folks as part of their community and potential future customers, so they want to treat everyone well. I thought this was the greatest thing I'd heard from a company in a long while. Can't praise this store and its people highly enough. This is the second visit here I'd rate 5 stars, but given these circumstances they deserve 10 stars! read more

I had to get a new phone since my old one stopped working. I have a medical condition so cannot wear a mask and the staff was very rude about it. I compromised and put on a mask below my nose and they still were rude. If this is how t-mobile is treating their customers, my family will be looking at other providers. Do not recommend. They are the worst mask people. read more
