We switched to Verizon with 4 lines and were told that if we traded in our three iPhones we would get three new phones with them new contract. My Motorola phone couldn't be traded in so it was going to be the only one that we,were supposed to have to purchase. So far they have charged us over $2000 for these FREE phones plus the line charges. On top of this my Motorola Edge phone needed to be replaced under the extended warranty . They've replaced it with an older Edge phone that costs half as much as the original phone. read more

This is NOT Verizon. They are not clear about this until it is too late. They misrepresented my account info, set up a line I did NOT need. The hotspot they gave me was logically on the wrong account, and turning it on it was almost spent data wise on a first book. Then said they were only able to open and close lines. This cost me several hundred dollars. The owner/manager refused to help and undo this. I had to get a real hotspot from a different store. The clerk just kept laughing at me and saying "Cool cool" as I explained how much they were screwing me over, and then laughed as I walked away. They misrepresented a ton of basic information and then refused a return. The hotspot was also faulty and I would not let me do a web search or check email without a spinning circle for 15 minutes despite 4 bars. read more

First off this is not a true Verizon store, they are Celular Sales and don't tell you anything about them not being a 3rd . Now for even the worst, the employees especially the manager and Kyle. When you walk in the employees immediate start trying to get you to buy a specific phone. Now my huge issue that cost me a bunch of money. When the new iPhones came out I went in to pre-order so I could get the discount. When I picked up the phones, I turned in three phones and was told that the discount would show within 3 billing periods, well for one phone it appeared on the first bill. Now the other two never did and 3 times they told me that it would show up the next bill. Well that was a lie and they did nothing to make sure it would. It took hours on the phone with the real Verizon that the other two were never turned in and the store still had them. So Verizon then told me that they needed to be turned in within 30 of the trade-in and that the promotion would no longer be available. When I went in to ask them about this they didn't want to talk about it and basically told me they can not help me and essentially kicked me out, saying I need to talk to corporate, well they did nothing and didn't respond for over 3 weeks. After talking with Verizon corporate they gave me the discount as they finally got the phones. After a week cellular sales called me saying it was all them and got me the money. Never said sorry once or even something to make up for their huge mistake. Make sure you go to a REAL version store and not a 3rd party like this store. read more

Bought screen saver for new I Phone 12 pro at the time of phone purchase and paid $40 for the screen protector (you can get them on Amazon for $7.99 a three pack delivered) at the advice of sales rep promoting unlimited free replacements. When I went to replace they said they had to order it and I would be charged $8 for postage. What a rip off and to be further inconvenienced by their not having the protective screens in stock. over a week ago i was having trouble with my 5g motorola phone. i only had it a couple months and it wasn't ringing or receiving text messages. so when it first happening i took it in and one of the salesman with the beard helped and scrolled through the phone and said it was something in settings. so i left and it worked for a while and i noticed again the same problem again. so i called david and he said he had covid so if could reach out to one of the associates. so i called gillen and he gave me some instructions on how to reset my phone and it didn't work. so he said to come but i told him i was heading out of town for a week. so then he said to try taking out the sim card. i told him i'll try that when i get to my destination which i forgot because i had a busy schedule going. but in the meantime my wife tried calling me for over an hour and the phone never rang. she even tried texting and i never received any text messages. i very frustrated knowing i'm paying for a service that doesn't work. so now i'm back in town and i went in the verizon store and saw gillen and he took out the sim card and he said that should work. so my phone used her phone to call my phone and it didn't ring but lit up and then gillen said i really cannot help you because david is my agent. but gillen did say if you want to upgrade i can be your agent and i can you with your phone. i told him i don't want a new phone i just want this fixed so it rings. another thing gillen said was your past your 30 days .. so freakin frustrating when you get a salesman whos in it for the sale and not really trying to help the customer. so i left got home and still the phone not ringing or receiving messages. so i texted gillen and i still haven't heard back from him. so i went down to "prescott valley verizon store " and i waited for associate to help me and they fixed it within less than 5 minutes. the woman said it was on don't disturb.. im not a techie person at all so i would have never figured this out.. so glad i went to "prescott valley verizon store" for them to fix my phone. to me the verizon store on willow creek didn't seem to we really care about taking care of the issue. probably because i didn't want to upgrade.. so beware read more

Stay away from this so-called Verizon authorized dealer. I wanted to replace my reliable samsung phone which finally refused to hold a charge. I went there, they said the phone was gone, I should have gotten another opinion. The salesman, who obviously is commission based sold me a Moto phone. I wanted a samsung, he said oh we don't have any right now. This was a complete lie. I should have ran but I really needed a phone. I've now had this Moto phone for a year, its the biggest piece of crap in the universe, if you move it, it drops, if you move it It auto-dials someone. Its complete garbage. Its supposed to be 5 G, its never given me a 5G signal, ever, total complete expensive waste of time. Do not purchase through these third party brokers, they will push their junk on you. read more

I was a Verizon Wireless customer for just short of 20 years. For about a year or two I switched to AT&T with no problems. I decided to try Verizon again and called them to order a phone and service. That was in October. The sales representative stated the iPhone I wanted would ship in about 6 weeks. So I declined. The next day I ordered an iPhone from Apple and joined their new every year program. Three day later I received an iPhone from Verizon and immediately returned it with proof of delivery, never even opened. When I called to straighten this out I discovered they made not one, but two accounts for me. I had canceled one not realizing that had made two accounts. The one with a $96.00 balance (the other account had $1309.00 credit balance) was sent to a collection agency dropping my credit score 111 points after 31 days! I spent two weeks calling them to straighten this out prior to going to the Verizon store on Willow Creek with no help at all. (I have found out they are just a cell phone re-seller), not a Verizon Corporate store so beware! Now we are into early January with Verizon charging me all this time for service I was not getting. I had to contact credit repair people, credit bureaus, a Verizon supervisor, etc.,etc., to correct my credit report and straighten out my account after months of them taking money from me. The only way I got this done was I secured the phone number of Verizon's billing department from the local Verizon store. Otherwise it's approx. an hour every time you call to talk to a representative. They don't have the authority to do much so I was transferred and usually a dropped call required me to call and wait again. One Verizon store employee helped me get the phone numbers I needed. The employees only like to sell as that's how that make any money. If I could have found their corporate representative in Arizona I would have sued. I sent all the information to the BBB and they found in my favor stating Verizon was wrong! Beware. Only go to a real Verizon Corporate Store. I belong to Nextdoor where there are a lot more negative reviews for this store. read more
