Kevin at this location was able to undo all the mess that was caused by Verizon at Signal Butte in Mesa. He was the only person at any Verizon location near me who was willing to help me. Everyone else said they couldn't do anything for me. I went to both of the Prescott Valley locations. The one on Glasford Hill said I needed to go to the Corporate store on 69. So, I went to the 5672 E State Rte 69, Prescott Valley Corporate location. I explained to the Manager at this location what I needed help with. As soon as he heard the words that it all started at the Mesa location, he said there is nothing he could do for me. Kevin at the Gail Gardner location helped me to fix all of the issues with my phone and my account. Thank you so much, Kevin. It is so frustrating how all the Verizon locations want to sell you devices and not take care of any issues. Such a rip off, and scam. Also, do not do any so-called PROMOTIONS with them. They tell you it's free or less, etc... Then you get your bills and see that they locked you into charges for the next 3 years, or you have to pay the full price of the so-called FREE PROMOTIONAL ITEM. Service plus personnel working leave a lot to be desired. ***I was changed from one plan to another without disclosure. I was on the family plan with my daughter and when he changed me to " a Cheaper " plan I lost all the that I was grandfathered in from the other. *** I worked with William for an hour and 40 minutes to get a new phone only have to have everything canceled because the phone he gave me was not an In inventory. He called support and they cannot help them either! Seems to be one of the first things you would do is check the phone out of inventory before you gave it to somebody. read more

Screwed up my account and didn't seem to know what was going on. I had to explain things several times, and still messed up my trade in.

Horrible customer service. Went to pick up the phone that I pre-ordered and was met with a rude associate who offered me zero resolution after "selling my phone" to another customer by mistake. I asked what my next step should be and he said I don't know. Cancel the order, whatever. Seems you should hire people that know what they're doing and try to offer resolution instead of being dismissive and disrespectful. I will make sure to let everyone I know about this in hopes they don't experience the same thing. After 20 years plus of service with Verizon you'd think I'd get get better service. Paid over $1,700 for my phone to get upgraded , and got two more phones upgraded. Thats another$2000. They want an additional $60 per phone to transfer your data over to the new phones. Dont you think that I spent enough to just do it. I guess not. I will never upgrade a phone with them again. read more

Eric is an exceptional technical sales rep at this Verizon store as he is a fantastic communicator, is highly conscientious, knowledgeable, and thoroughly detail oriented. Eric painstakingly negotiated a myriad of technical obstacles for us, he synchronized our Apple phones and phone-watches, and he also provided us with all possible promotional discounts applicable to our long-standing account while being completely transparent and upfront about all fees and start up costs. I hope Eric receives a district-level promotion overseeing customer service, quality control, hiring, and training. Excellent products and services at this Verizon store... I went to this store to change from AT&T to Verizon. Since this store had good reviews I thought I would go there but failed to check closer and now see all the reviews are old. I took my iPhone 15 Pro Max in as a trade in. They sold me a new iPhone 16 Pro Max and STOLD my iPhone 15 pro Max. They promised me that I would get a gift card for the iPhone I traded in. I just talked to Apple and they never sent it in. They never put it on the sales receipt. I did not notice that because they were having me sign massive paperwork one after another without giving me time to read what I was signing. However, I have the serial number and IMEI number for the stolen phone and will post them plus send those numbers to several different web sites that track stolen iPhones. Went in today to buy a phone for my husband. His old phone just completely died. I informed the salesman that I had device dollars to use. He did not apply them and then told me there was nothing he could do at this point. He told me corporate could take care of it my applying the device dollars as a credit to our account. I called Verizon corporate and was informed that they don't do that and they don't know why the salesman told me that. Sent off a communication with the GoWireless website. Final update: 1/14/2020. Everything has been taken care of to my satisfaction. Our bill was credited for the device dollars. I am happy with the outcome. read more

Every time I've been in here there is an elderly client needing help with tech. They are so patient and helpful it's wonderful to see. However, since there are plenty of elderly clients they should be more protective in the Covid 19 arena. No sanitizing of hands between customers, no masks worn by employees or not covering the nose or hanging on a chin. When you are dealing with older clients you need to be protecting them from this horrible infectious disease. read more

DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE. They scammed our family plan and told us we would be saving a lot by switching to the plan they were suggesting. As it turns out, it is costing us MORE. Our old plan was unlimited, this new plan is limited and we manage to get the over use fee almost every month, even though none of us use our phones very often. I am livid that I stepped into this store and fell for their scam. Take a trip to the Prescott Valley Verizon store if you want REAL help with your devices. I have been going there for years and not once have I left there dissatisfied. The last review posted about them was from 2012, seems like not a thing has changed. I have used this store for many years - seriously, they taught me how to txt on a flip phone and sold our family our first data package. Over the years I have been very satisfied with their help and service. During peak times you may have a significant wait (up to 30 minutes), but when it's your turn you will get focused, patient, comprehensive service. The phones, the service plans, the promotions, the ancillaries, the packages - it is so *** complicated!!! I have a fairly low frustration level for it all, but they have patiently walked me through it, even when I lost my cool. Must have good management because I have had great help from various employees over the years. It has a "friendly neighborhood"" feel. I highly recommend this store. read more

We went in with some questions about aspects of our phones and after those were taken care of John was able to reduce our monthly bill and get us a tablet for less than 20 dollars after mail in rebate.
