I decided to change back to Verizon for better coverage and I previously used Verizon for about 20 years. I need my phone due to serious health issues. I spent most of a day and was told I had to come back the next day to finish. I went back and then they said it would be another day! They were very rude and dismissive. This is an emergency phone since I am a 100% disabled veteran with a transplant and the VA calls me all the time. The workers at this store did not care about anyone but themselves. read more

AT&T Costco. RUN LIKE YOUR HAIR IS ON FIRE. They're quick to sell you a phone, but if you need anything after the purchase, you are directed back to AT&T who knows nothing of the agreement made at Costco. The billing is the most convoluted billing I have ever seen by any company in my life. Easier to solve the bills from heart surgery. The service no better than any of the second tier phone companies. If you need help, you're put on 30+ minute hold anytime of day or night. MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH A PHONE COMPANY. A cup and string would be better. read more

My parents are not particularly tech savvy, but the employees here treated them with respect, patience, and kindness and helped them with everything they needed. This was the worst experience I have ever had. The Manager Sherry at the Prescott AZ location has cheated us out of $800. Because her and her employee didn't do something correctly we are out $800. We have had numerous conversations with the store location and directly with AT&T. I talked to Sherry about 3 weeks ago and she told us she would get with the owners of the Prescott location and get back to me she NEVER did. I have called several times asking for and she is never in,so I leave a message for her to call me and she never calls back. Think twice before using the Prescott AZ AT&T. read more

Signed up for service 2/19/23 at 250 Lee Blvd Suite 104. I walked in, asked for a pre-paid SIM. They talked me into signing up for post-paid service. I told them I should have a discount through my work and that I wanted to sign up for the applicable plan to get that discount. The sales person told me she could get me a better discount signing up for a business account and that I would get twice as much hotspot data as the personal plan. She was very distracted helping the other employee there as he was new. They were unable to use my PO Box or physical address because it did not verify with the USPS. I was asked for a relative's address and told that because I was signing up for auto bill pay and paperless billing that they would not receive any mail for me and everything would come in my email. I never received any documentation in my email and my family received documentation that had information I needed. This included my first bill, and what my bill is expected to be monthly. I was told that my bill would be $85 a month (plus taxes). I was also talked into getting a new phone which I was told would cost $5 per month after bill credits. The paperwork I got stated my first bill to be almost $250 and my monthly recurring bill to be $194. This is more than double what I was told I would be paying. Since signing up, I have been unable to setup an online account because until 24 hours ago, I did not know my account number or "FAN" PIN. After knowing this information, I am still unable to sign up for an online account. I am now attempting to port my number to another carrier and I am unable to do so because the automated message I get is that my number is not able to be ported. I won't be doing business with AT&T again unless they are the only cellular provider in my area. read more

I went into the ATT store on Lee Boulevard in Prescott, Arizona, yesterday. I was looking for a new iPhone. I was greeted by the district manager, Danielle. What a joy she was to work with. She was friendly knowledgeable, and my daughter and I bought two phones. She transferred all of our data from both phones onto our new phones within an hour. She answered all questions. And I have never had such a good experience at an ATT store. Usually it's dreaded. The workers are so busy looking at their phones that they don't even acknowledge you when you walk in. It used to take forever to get a data transferred. Evidently she oversees the store in Prescott Valley as well as Flagstaff. Keep up the great work Danielle. You are gem. There are a few and far between good customer service employees nowadays - - anywhere. I think you deserve a raise. Thank you again for all of your help.!! read more

I went to the local ATT&T store in Prescott AZ in June. I will start by saying the problem is my fault for trusting the employees at that store! I was purchasing a new IPad2022. ATT&T was offering a special that if I turned in an old IPad I would get $300 dollars off my new one! I was helped you an employee Michill ( not sure spelling). Anyway he was. Very nice and helpful ! I handed him my old IPad so that I could get my $300 he then handed it to on of the store reps and she printed a form and attached to the IPad and proceed to take it to the back room! Again, I should have gotten her name! Now 4 months later the store rep is still claiming I never turned in an IPad ,those no $300 off my new pad! I guess my fault for thinking people are honest and they are not! Someone in that store took my turned in IPAs and kept it for themselves! Mi have talked the the rep there many times! She is rude to me and won't let me explain! Because they can't find it on there video they are accusing me of lying! It's funny if,I am lying how can I remember exactly what happened that day! I am out the old IPad and $300!!! I would strongly recommend that you don't use this store because they are not honest, friendly,or helpful! I guess when you have constant turnover of employees you figure the customers is lying rather than the employee who is no longer there! Went to ATT store in Prescott Valley to discuss our DirecTV. Ended up discussing ATT TV. We were LIED to by Sherry about the contract. She said there was NO CONTRACT, that it would be $39.99 plus tax until we ended the service. We asked her two times was she sure. She assured us she was. We did our deposits and got the equipment. Went home was checking to see what channels were available and read the "details" online. It's a one year contract that goes up $53 a month after one year. She looked us in the eye and LIED! LIED! AT&T relies on 1 tower in Black Canyon City to cover ALL of Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Chino (probably more areas). The signal hardly ever goes above 2 bars, usually it stays at 1 bar. Dropped calls, garbled when you get them to go through, horrible texting (pictures go through maybe 30% of the time and mostly just spins because it can't connect), forget about using your hot spot too. Whenever the wifi (CenturyLink who is spotty at best) goes out you're screwed. read more

Highway Robbery on the ONE phone case they had. They had to look up my account in order to give me half price which was still 20 bucks on a simple rubberized one piece case. Hi. If I could do a minus * I would. We have been into the Prescott AT&T store a few times. Every time we have gone in we have received a flippant answer and felt demeaned. My husband and I have both been in the sales training business and can't believe AT&T would hire people that obviously have not been trained properly. My phone died while visiting Prescott. We stopped in to this store and Sheri was amazing! She let us in the store a little before 9am because it was freezing outside. When we visited this store we were just coming in to ask a few questions about possibly adding another line to our existing service. We were greeted as we walked in the door and helped immediately. We got helpful information from Mark and told him we would be back if we decided to go through with it. He informed us that the best time to come back would be that same night rather than the next day, since they were short staffed and generally busy, which we understood and appreciated. We did end up driving back a little less than an hour before they closed and he stayed with us to get it all done even though we stayed past closing. He seemed to genuinely want to help us get the best deal, answered all of our questions and walked us through the whole process of transferring over the other phones. We appreciated all his help and patience and we would definitely recommend the service here. read more

Was at this store to get possible upgrade or make claim for damaged phone. The first person who helped me was knowledgeable and helpful but for some reason she handed me off to another , her name was Leah. She was not helpful or knowledgeable and was looking at her txt messages on her phone while trying to help me . She tried to get a claim started with assurrion for my damaged phone. She was very confused and always needing help from other employees . She told me that the claim couldn't be done because assurion needed documents and my ID faxed to them, and they didn't have a fax machine. It was very evident she did not want to help me and was more interested in her phone and txt messages. Her fellow employee even said he has never had to fax anything to assurion before. After spending 1 hour in the store I left with a damaged phone and no apology. I went home and within 5 minutes was able to email the documents to assurion and start the claim with no problems at all. This is a classic example of millennials in the work place , she didn't want to work but rather look at her phone and send u on your way to do the work yourself. If there were a lower rating, I would give it. Stopped by to ask for assistance with an ATT trac phone I had purchased at Target. The so-called customer service individual was clearly annoyed at having to take time away from her cell phone to try to assist me, commenting on how she was not familiar with these type of devices. She made virtually no eye contact during the time I was there, except when I asked for clarification of what she was telling me about my "wrong plan". She informed me "You're not listening" in a condescending tone- when I commented I would rather take my phone to Target rather than deal with her suggested plan (which I later found out would not work in most of Prescott), she rolled her eyes. I asked for the manager and she said he wasn't in that day. I asked for his name and called ATT corporate. They kept me on hold for over 20 minutes and said it had been reported and someone would get back to me. Didn't happen. Note to manager: if this is the kind of person you hire to run your business, you better reconsider. She was truly the rudest and most unprofessional person I have encountered in this city. My advice is to go to a true ATT store and not an "authorized dealer" as this is. read more
