Thw wrap has 35 diamonds on each side. They each had a customer so we wanted 45 minutes. The reviews were good so we went there. They seems pressured & glum. I was given a quote of $545. He was very interested & disappointed that I was not having my Custom made gold ring with a large heart shape diamond with 3 other very large diamonds with Berma Ruby's & other precious stones. I custom designed this ring with a skilled Jeweler. We left my wedding rings there & had a very uncomfortable gut feeling that I was being overcharged. I called 3 other Jeweler's in the Prescott area. Their prices were half Afterglow Jewelers price. We picked it up the next day. I waited until after the Holidays. We were in downtown Prescott & saw that Raskins Jeweler's was still there. We walked in & the staff greeted us with large smiles in a very friendly atmosphere! They are resizing my rings plus they will check all of the They are going to put a Rhodium finish on the 2 rings so the rings with look brand new. Raskin's Jeweler's price was $260.00 with no deposit taken. An excellent price. My wedding rings with be ready in 2 weeks. Wow, I will always go with my gut feeling. That is my truth! I initially called the manufacturer and they informed ma based on what I described that it was the compressor. And since 'this unit has been out of production for a long time they no longer carried the spare parts. I called a friend who has several larger units and has bought spare compressors to keep them running. Jd informed me that his large ones the costs were about $2000 each. He informed me that the smaller ones were about a $1000. I tried to find the compressor but non available even through eBay. I called Apache and Mike got back with me and recommended to buy a new unit. After 14 years there was bound to be more things to go wrong and the repair cost he estimated at a $1000. Which aligned with my research. His great honest opinion was welcomed. I like that thus recommend Apache appliance. Oh I found the replacement vinotemp brand new at $725.

Initially we thought we would paint existing 1980's cabinets and try to match them with something similar to add more. They showed us what they could offer, and were entirely low pressure and patient. David came out to measure and created a design. We worked together to modify it and decided to buy new cabinets we were so thrilled with the design. There was a modification needed and they custom built a wine cabinet. We ordered the cabinets and they arrived as scheduled. The installers said two weeks to demo, take out a wall, drywall and install the cabinets. They completed right on schedule. They also noted a slight flaw in one of the cabinets and replaced it. All I wanted was some names of vendors in which they do business with in ordering parts. The owner told me abruptly "this is your problem not mine, there's nothing I can do about it." The gray haired lady sitting at the front desk told me "all we have are names (no last names) of contractors." Really? So, you just give out these names knowing absolutely nothing about these people or how qualify they are to repair items! The lady then said to me" my Mondays are very busy, there's nothing we can do" and then turned her back on me. Horrible, horrible customer service, very rude & they really don't give a sh*t for their customers...and they are way overpriced too!
