I live in CA and have a non-res permit, so going and dropping my papers off is out of the question, which I wanted to avoid a super long lead time. The staff was so quick with replies for me and dropped my forms for renewal off at the DPS location within 3 days of me sending them the forms. Them dropping it off in person is a HUGE help. Super easy, streamlined way to get your CCW here in AZ. I became a state resident last week and as of today my paperwork is on the way to the state. The 3 hour informational videos are very well made and easy to understand. They don't just throw a bunch of legal jargon at you.
