Passive aggressive owner on the phone. I was checking around for price quotes and he was extremely rude to me. Told me that no one would have a guarantee on their work meaning they would not return 30 60 or 90 days to guarantee their product. Which is simply not true I found a few places but they were very expensive that is why I called him to get another quote. If you're in the pest control business you should know that some places do guarantee their work and will return if the hive comes back. Just because a woman is calling you doesn't mean that she doesn't know what she's talking about. And to be condescending in your reply I don't know how you get any business at all. BEWARE!!! I FEEL COMPLETELY VIOLATED! Just had this company out to remove bees and AFTER they started to exterminate the bees one of the men (Shane Valenzuela) came back in saying it would cost ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS! $495.00 dollars just to kill them, the rest to remove the comb, which I objected to. We had what I thought was a beehive hanging from the tree. However I called out A Bee expert. It turns out we had a swarm Of nasty African killer bees. I called a few places before to get prices before calling one out. I'm glad I did, because many were priced out of my league for bee removal. Aaron , the bee expert, came within an hour. The thing I thought was a hive was actually a swarm of killer bees. I have kids,dogs and chickens and that swarm was in my back yard. Aaron was great,we talked thru the process, he was fast and efficient. He got rid of the bees and explained that the queen was dead so any of the remaining stragglers would go away in 24 hours. I expected AZ Bee Kings to be reasonably priced after reading the other reviews, but the price for honeycomb removal was exorbitant. We agreed to to their services for the cost to come out and it wasn't until after the job was complete that we were aware of the price. I found out that other companies charge less for the same job. Make sure you shop around or get list of costs upfront. read more

Hard to write a review because what I want to say is what every one else is saying: Aaron is the best of the best. I called several bee removal companies. Aaron's company answered right away, were friendly and did what they said they'd do, call and be out within the hour. He assessed my bee situation immediately and, because I'd gotten on top of it quickly, there was no hive yet but they were migrating to my balcony roof to start working on one. Aaron is young but very competent and within minutes the bees were gone, the swarm no more and I was able to get ready for work and leave my new pup out on the patio where he loves to be. I would definitely call Aaron again if I get another swarm of bees on my property. He has no hidden agenda or fees.
