Only one woman was handling eyebrow services while another staff member was doing a wax in the back. The line moved fairly quickly, but the place did feel a little understaffed. I also think some of the services could use a bit more privacy. One woman was getting a head massage in the main area, and it felt a little awkward having a line of people waiting nearby and watching. That said, the service was friendly and I was happy with the results. They also offer package deals for repeat customers and loyalty cards where your tenth service is free. Which, to be honest, wasn't the problem- I don't have much hair to begin with so I fill them in daily. However, when I told her that they were a little thinner that I'd like, she was very quick to (aggressively) blame it on my eyebrows- apparently there was an empty spot that she needed to work around so she HAD to make them thinner. She then proceeded to tell me I need to stop coloring my eyebrows in because doing so makes my hair fall out. Wish I could say this was the first time this happened but I've given her so many chances because this is an honest business, y'know?
