Soft, silky, and straight-up comfort AYEE Rice Noodles Roll is known for its traditional stone-milled rice noodle rolls and yes, they're worth it. We shared a little bit of everything: Plain wonton soup Fish congee BBQ pork rice rolls Plain rice rolls Everything was fresh, light, and full of that comforting, home-style flavor. Perfect spot for a quick bite or a cozy meal when you're craving something warm and traditional.

My boyfriend and I came to AYEE Rice Noodle Roll for breakfast one morning. They took over a vegetarian restaurant on the second floor. The interior is the same layout but it looks like they got new tables and chairs. Service is minimal. You order off tablets. They bring you your order and mostly leave you alone. We ordered a Shrimp Rice Roll ($8.99), BBQ Pork Rice Roll ($8.99), Pork and Preserved Egg Congee ($12.99) and a Soy Milk ($4.50/cold). Ugh I love soy milk but the one they sold me tasted old and funky. Maybe it was a bad batch or they left it too long. The rice rolls were both mediocre. The rice roll was so clumpy and not smooth. The bbq pork one was the better of the two from a flavor and amount of filling perspective. The shrimp one was so sad. The congee was, as my boyfriend puts it, very like homemade. The rice grains were not as cooked down as it would be in professional kitchens. Basically the soy milk was awful and the food was all mediocre. I would not consider coming back.

Great rice roll place! The food here is really authentic and tasty. The rice rolls seem to be made fresh, and taste really smooth. I especially liked the rice noodle soup ("fun" instead of vermicilli), they are the narrow kind which is hard to find, and seem to be made fresh, so they don't stick together or bunch up into a "cake". Overall, really good food. The inside ambiance is really clean, bright, and roomy. Tables are kept clean. There is a TV showing old TVB movies which are very captivating! The bathroom is kept clean as well. The service is great. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and give you utensils, napkins etc. When we have lots of questions about the menu, they were able to answer. Price is ok. Portions are average. It's the quality of food that stand out. Overall, would come again~

The interior is open and spacious, so it looked fairly empty when we visited on Sunday night at 7:30 p.m. The waiter pointed to a table for us to sit at, and we ordered from the tablet which was pretty convenient since you could easily make adjustments. We placed our order and the food was out within 10 minutes. I loved the silky texture of the rice rolls and would definitely come back to eat it again. It's different from the dim sum style, since the sheets were thin and paper-like, allowing them to catch a lot of the savory sauce as you picked them up. We ordered the BBQ pork rice roll and added egg for a bit more texture and protein. No regrets. I also highly recommend the shrimp rice roll since it's such a classic. I appreciated that they both came with vegetables because it added more substance and color. I also had some of the pork and pork liver congee. It was much more watery than I was used to but the flavor was still there. The meatball and beef ball noodle soup had a good soup base, except the noodles were mostly soggy.

I ordered some takeout from here. The order actually took a while, about 15 minutes. I got a simple Shrimp Rice Noodle Roll. The food was good, and very filling for $10. Shrimp was decent, but the chengfen texture was definitely really well done. Silky and not too thin. Being open from 8:30 am to 2:00 am is really convenient. They were even open on Christmas day! FYI, they do accept Apple Pay but not American Express.

I ordered via delivery and not only did it arrive on time, but earlier than expected. I ordered a Fish Rice Noodle and added Shrimp and Egg as well as a Beef Rice Noodle with added Egg. They both had some veggies steamed in it as well. My co-worker loves steamed rice noodle, so I gave her the one with fish and shrimp. She shared it with another co-worker. They are quite filling! The Beef Stew Noodle Soup was also in my order but I saved that for the next day for my lunch at work. That was quite filling as well. I wish there was an option on the delivery order to add wontons or dumplings tho. Overall, it was a good experience and I will definitely be back.

Came in around 8:30pm on Sunday and there were only 2 tables w/ customers. This place is located on the second floor of the shopping plaza, right above Tofu Bean. Ambiance: Cantonese dramas playing loudly and no AC. The rice noodle rolls were good! We enjoyed the thin layers. We ordered on an iPad and they got our choice of noodles wrong...but they then brought out extra noodles. I had the meatball noodle soup and thought the broth was clean and simple. I was disappointed in the meatballs as they were not bouncy and flavorful.

This little spot is super small but offers great service that makes you feel welcomed right away. The only downside is the ventilation--there's no A/C, so the place felt a bit stuffy and clammy while we were there. The rice rolls here are huge and definitely worth the price. I was expecting smaller, dim sum-style rolls, but these come as larger plates. Usually, I'm not a fan of the thinner, softer flour skin (like the ones I've had in New York), but I really enjoyed these--they had a great texture and flavor. Their soup noodle dishes are also delicious. The broth was light but packed with flavor. I tried both the meatball combo noodle soup and the braised beef noodle soup, and both were fantastic. I'll definitely be coming back to try more!

Came here on a Sunday afternoon and we were lucky to get seated promptly. It was quite full with the exception of having 1-2 tables open but there was a consistent flow of people in and out. I love rice rolls so I'm always looking for new places to try. AYEE caught my eye because they're one of the few restaurants that specialize in Cheung fun. We ordered the dried shrimp and the bbq pork Cheung fun. We were actually really surprised by the portion! I loved that they added additional veggies. The Cheung fun was really soft and thin - this is how you know if Cheung fun is good! I will say this isn't your traditional Cheung fun that you get at dim sum as I think the style differs on region and they're not to be compared against. We also ordered the braised beef stew noodles with egg noodle and mixed pork and beef ball noodles with rice noodle. I really liked how the braised beef stew wasn't overly oily as you would find with more traditional Taiwanese soups. It was the perfect amount of lightness for lunch. The flavor also really stood out, but not in an overpowering way. The beef and pork ball noodles were also a hit. Soup base was clear and clean tasting. The balls were chewy with a good amount of elasticity. Im not sure if their balls are homemade but it's good. Overall, I really enjoyed lunch to my surprise! I came in with zero expectations but I'll def be back to try other items.

Wanted to try a new place since we were around the area. If you're looking for some good Cantonese food, this is the place to be. From their tripe to their rice noodles roll to their beef stew, they were all very good and flavorful. This place is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking spaces. Place isn't too big but we didn't have to wait and was seated pretty quickly even though all the tables were occupied. We ordered their shrimp rice noodles roll. For rice noodles roll, it's either bbq pork or shrimp with shrimp being the main type of rice noodle roll we get. Definitely one of the better ones we've tried. Their tripe noodle soup was good. Tripe tasted tender and the soup wasn't salty at all. For their beef stew with rice, really loved how tender the beef stew was here. The sauce was perfect as I'm a saucy type of person with enough to eat with rice. Good service and definitely a good place to go here if you're wanting some Cantonese food. Will come again if I'm in the area for a nice quick eat.

This place does get a little busy on the weekends. However, no reservations are needed. The inside is very small and only has a couple of tables. The food here was very good and very fairly priced. Would definitely come here again.

Ayee noodle house in city of industry. I hate going this way cause It's been under construction since the beginning of time. But it was worth it. Rice noodles with shrimp. Excellent fresh light. Sauce not too sweet or salty. Excellent Beef meatball noodle soup was so clean. Light clear broth. Noodles and meat ball's made in house so good Had a shredded chicken dish. Too much sesame oil flavor. Wasn't my fav. Stick to the great noodles

They serve a very solid rice noodle roll -- super thin, soft, and flavorful. This was my first time visiting, and I was genuinely impressed by how well they execute the dish. Like others have mentioned, I'd agree that their rice noodle rolls are among the better ones you can find in SoCal -- at least from my experience. I had the beef rice roll, seafood congee, and beef tripe (dim sum style). The rice roll was definitely my favorite -- I've never had cheung fun with cabbage inside before, and it worked so well! The added crunch gave it a really nice contrast in texture. The Tripe w/ Ginger & Green Onions was also great -- not many places around here serve it, so it was a nice surprise. I will be back for other items! Definitely worth checking out if you're a fan of Cantonese-style dim sum classics done right.

Although there was only one lady working in the front, she actually was able to run everything(taking the orders, clean the tables, packing the food and refill essentials/food) very well. After you placed and paid for the order, just simplely find a table, kitchen will bring the order to you, and you can start serving yourself with 4 great selection of congees (personally 八宝粥 and 小米粥 were my favorites), plus soy milk. I didn't try the side dishes this time. Surely will come back to try it out next time. They have sugar and salt on the side, so you can add according to your own taste. Neither congee nor soy was salted/sweetened, so if you prefer more flavor, definely grab a seasoning dish, and load up the sugars to your likes. They also offer à la carte steamed baos, wontons, and dumplings for dine-in or takeout. I didn't have much of an appetite today, so I skipped the buns and just ordered the congee and appetizers. My bill came out to only $5.50 plus tax, which is ridiculously cheap! For the congee, the options were Century Egg & Lean Pork, Eight Treasure, Millet, and Hulatang (Spicy Pepper Soup). I tried the Century Egg & Lean Pork congee, but the texture was a bit watery, and the flavor was somewhat bland. The Hulatang (hot pepper soup) was a little too thick and jelly-like. While the Millet congee was also on the bland side, I actually really enjoyed the texture. I skipped the Eight Treasure congee this time. Honestly, at $3 for all-you-can-eat congee, it sounds too good to be true, so I didn't have high expectations for the quality. However, I really liked the cold side dishes bar! They had all my favorites, including Liángbàn Tǔdòusī (shredded potato salad), shredded wood ear mushroom salad, and spicy cucumber salad. I will definitely go back next time to try their dumplings, wontons, and baozi.

My husband and I came by to try their jianbing a few Sundays ago. We were lucky to find parking right on the same curb, in front of this vendor. When we arrived around 12:53 pm, we had 2 parties ahead of us. After ordering, it took a little less than 15 minutes for our order. We only ordered 1 Chinese crepe to share since it is pretty big. There were 2 chairs to sit with a large outdoor umbrella to provide shade, so we sat down and ate our crepe (although most people who ordered their crepes usually just walked away. But it is highly recommended to eat their purchase within 10 minutes, according to their sign (and I agree, or the crepe will get soggy and all that hard effort to make the crepe would seem to be wasted). The crepe (or jianbing) itself is made with 2 eggs, beef hot dog (we were asked if we wanted everything. You can have the beef hot dog omitted if you are vegetarian), hoisen sauce, chili oil, mung beans, black sesame seeds and a large crispy cracker that is cut in half. The cracker is the best part because of the texture. This crepe was really good and very filling. I did ask if the young woman making our crepe to use very little chili oil since I am not a spicy eater (if my husband had ordered a separate one, then he would have asked for a lot more chili oil though). I don't have jianbing often since there are very few places that make them (the last time I had one was at the T &T Market in Canada last year actually and I love their jianbing) but this one was pretty good and I definitely see myself coming back. The price for this large crepe was only $10 (cash or you can also pay via Zelle). The person who was working the day we visited (based on other fellow Yelp member reviews and photos, it looks like it could be 1 of 4 people.... a young lady, a young man, an older woman and an older man) was able to speak in both Mandarin and English so you shouldn't have an issue trying to order.

Overall, it would be nice to visit again outside of a peak time because the food prices are competitive. The menu is expansive, and the breakfast selections look interesting. The atmosphere during the Sunday lunch peak time was consistently bustling. I think the restaurant started to play Chinese music loudly at random points so that people could finish dining more quickly.
