Went for Saturday drag brunch and had a mixed experience. It wasn't busy at all, no reservation needed. I ordered the Sunrise Sucia, which comes in a glass bag. Super cute and actually really good with champagne. Unfortunately, the service really lagged. Our server mentioned she had an issue she needed to take care of, which resulted in a long wait just to get our drinks. Getting a copy of our receipt was even more complicated and took far longer than it should have. When we reviewed the total, we noticed we were charged double what it should have been. The server couldn't explain the mix-up and had to ask her manager. Since the charge had already gone through, we were told we'd receive a partial refund for the overcharge but it's been over a week and we still haven't received it. Our waitress was incredibly sweet and gave us great recommendations for food and drinks, but unfortunately, the service was very slow and not as attentive as we'd hoped. At one point, all of our drinks including water were empty, and we couldn't find her to order more. Even when we finally placed another drink order, they never arrived, so we ended up canceling and leaving after waiting a long time. The atmosphere was fun, with loud, upbeat dance music that made everyone want to move. The chula-quiles were phenomenal which had perfectly fried chicken with a delicious green sauce that I wish I could have more of. The bistek, served in a large tortilla, was good, but if I had to recommend just one dish, it would be the chula-quiles. Our waitress mentioned she's normally a bartender, not a server, and you could tell she was juggling a lot of tables. Still, she was kind and welcoming. The place is veteran-owned, which is awesome, and they had $5 beer and well drink specials. The drag show was highly entertaining, with jaw-dropping moves I wish I could pull off. 14 May 2025 We went for the karaoke. DJ Apocolipz was in the house from 8 - 11pm. I met her a few years ago at the old Silver Dollar and liked how she runs her shows. Tonight she was having the singers sing two songs when they came up. Cool. We only drank and did not order food. It's a pretty extensive menu, but seems a bit pricey for some items. Appetizers such as chips and salsa or chips and queso were priced at $5 and $7, respectively. This not so bad. They offer drag brunches and bottle service. Our bartender Desiree was great, both as a bartender and as a singer. All the singers were good and this made for a very pleasant evening. Give them a try. read more

I've given them 3 tries. First time they told my girlfriend and I to wait at the bar until they cleared a table, they ended up forgetting us and we ended up leaving. I went by myself the second time and ordered the thotties.... I ended up finding a hair in my food. The manager compensated by giving me $20 in cash and a burnt ass chicken on a stick during fiesta. And this last time my gf and I went, they ended up overbooking and told us they couldn't seat us bc they oversold seats for the dragshow. If you visit here be ready for a great show, music and amazing drinks. They have a 32 and 72 oz mimosa that requires at least 2 people to finish. They had a drag show for brunch which was entertaining and enjoyful while also having drinks. The food was the only thing that was ok. This place is so new even my Apple Watch gave me a yelp notification saying they needed more photos. went with a party of like 7 for a birthday. It was on and poppin. I believe the DJ was live with the music because I heard someone on a mic give a birthday shout out to somebody. There's free parking in the SAC garage around the corner. Food was good but my favorite part was honestly my side of Thotties (their style of tots). The serranos were chef's kiss. the bathrooms were good. My only two points for improvement were the suuuuuuper loud bug zapper haha and just wanted our food a little faster. Love that they're taking initiative with preventing bugs by the kitchen, but that sucker sounds like fireworks. I wish the chips and salsa were free! Got together with some friends today to celebrate a friend's birthday at a new and unique sports cantina. This establishments is Veteran owned and I was happy to support. The owner was also in attendance taking care of patrons if needed (our table was unbalanced). This restaurant is decorated very lively and provided a great atmosphere for gathering of friends sharing delicious food, laughs and photo opps. Chanel was our lovely waitress and was so friendly, attentive and patient with us as our goal was eating brunch which we learned only was held on weekends along with their popular drag brunch. No matter; we weren't leaving this beautiful establishment and were ready to explore their lunch menu. She even made us a fresh pot of coffee; some of us had not had our first cup as we all had busy mornings. The birthday girl ordered a humongous mimosa (see pic) which we shared some sips from, 2 of us had the smash burger (delish), one of us had the chicken sandwich and our other friend had street tacos. Their drink selection is vast, creative and offered the birthday girl her choice of her preferred juice for the Mimosa! Each of us were ranting about the taste of our dishes and we all shared 2 plates of a heart-shaped churros with strawberry ice cream....YUM!!! The bartender who first helped us was super friendly and nice, but she had to put a lot of her energy into the bar (understandably). It took a long time for us to get waters, drinks and water refills. We even offered to pick up our own drinks from the bar. We also sat in the sun awhile before we figured out how to open it together with the bartender. The restaurant should have anticipated/seen the sun and had more large umbrellas open. There were hardly any people in the restaurant, but it looked like only two bartenders were working for a while. The only reason we sat outside was because I'm pregnant and my mom and mother in law can't really be climbing up into the high table chairs. The actual waitress started her shift and brought us our food. One plate was missing, so we all ate except for my mom, I asked for chips and salsa so she would at least have something to eat. Finally, her food arrived but she only ate a little because she had already snacked from the chips and picking off everyone's plates. I expected to at least get her meal comped, but only got the chips and salsa free after I asked if I could get a discount. For two plates, an avocado toast, taco, one mimosa, and two non alcoholic drinks, we paid almost $80. It was good food, but not work the price or service. Unsafe work environment, no servers wore non-slips & witnessed countless work accidents. I spoke to the owner, Ray, a few times & he was extremely rude to me as a paying customer! I do not recommend We had went for brunch and it was very disorganized. We reserved a table for the show and were given seats at the bar instead. We waited a long time for our server and at some point, we had to go ask to be helped. Our server was nice and apologized and we got a tower which was good and ordered our food. After about 35 minutes of waiting for our food, this guy came and told us we had to pay to watch the show. It didn't make sense why they didn't tell us about it when we came in and after being seated for almost an hour, they wanted us to pay. He had a high and tight hair cut and was rude, telling us that it is usually 15 dollars to watch the show and that on this day, it was only 5. And with that, we weren't even sat in a area where we could all see the show. After another while, it has now passed over an hour that we ordered and decided to tell the server that we will just pay for what we had since it was already a bad and long experience. His response was " I been here since 2 and we only have two servers. It was 6:00 pm.
