The Split The Wood team was very prompt and clear with communication and Derek answered all of my questions prior to booking them. Derek even had suggestions on where we can set this up. On the day of our event, they arrived early to set up the cage at the venue. They gave safety instructions and tips on how to throw an axe. Everything was super safe and enclosed in a cage so there were no accidents. Derek and his team are professional, on time, knowledgeable and a lot of fun. She said she would deliver the balloons 7:30 am the next day (Pacific Time). So at 10:30 am (ET), I FaceTimed with the Fam to say happy birthday. On the video, I saw her walk up the walkway to the door. Mom and Dad loved it! Best of all, my little granddaughter loved it. I can't say enough good things about this family run company, for going above and beyond and for their kindness. Also, I'd like to add that I Venmo'd the payment to her the night before. I didn't even worry, I could just tell this was a good person, doing a solid for a grandma that wanted to show her love to her grandbaby.
