Stay away. You have been warned! The sales skills at the beginning - all amazing. The people are friendly, of course, it's part of the sales pitch. I even told Sam I know all about sales and I give him credit for some of the BS he would say but I backed him up because I know how a business works. Now, I bought a beautiful R8 $130k from the outside but internally broke. LITERALLY 1-2 Hrs after leaving their lot, I hard clicking noises under the car and told them immediately. 11 days later I told them I would follow up to find out on my own what the issue is because I live 200 miles away. I took it to a specialist for those cars and they found a bad front differential that would cost 4-5k to fix. I contacted the dealer immediately for a follow up since I told them this LITERALLY 1-2 HRS AFTER leaving their lot. This is a power train issue which is stated on their website and they tell you it has 2 months warranty Well, now Mr Sam from AX Auto called me back after few days of not contacting me back, stating that he will not be able to get it covered under warranty because the car drove " fine" before selling it to me. Mr Sam wants me to buy the part (2-3k) and he would install it for free. LOL! Are you serious? Not to mention they didn't let me test drive the car before the purchase because it's a very low to the ground type of car. Mr Sam will learn the hard way about warranty issues. We bought 2 cars from here due to the awesome line up and review ratings. The ratings can't be real except for the ones with the "real issues". Both cars broke down one within warranty the other 3 days outside of warranty. The in-warranty was fixed and it broke down again with the same issue 2 weeks later. The second car we did not send back due to the reviews stating every time people took their car back something else went wrong. However the Mercedes went back a second time due to the issue being the same and not fixed correctly. The manager Kahn tried to con me into believing that it wasn't the same issue even though it was the same issue (would not start) after arguments I paid the funds requested it took 2 weeks to fix and I picked up the Benz 2 days later the steering wheel shaft broke and my kid almost crashed. He didn't know that banks can't wire money on Saturdays. Then he learned that they can't wire on Federal holidays. He didn't know that MB South doesn't do PPIs, and when I found Buckhead MB to do one, he failed to take the car in for the appointment. No, he didn't contact me other than to tell me that I had to pay MB ahead of time for the PPI (Buckhead MB does Not take money up front) and then he wanted to argue the point. The 2019 e63 is worth about 100,000 they advertise the car as being in great condition and it has all options and for $95k I sent four emails and asked for any detail on the car as no car fax was available online (BAD SIGN). Somebody name Lashell Campbell sent me an email but would not send me the Carfax report after requesting four times Figured maybe they're busy during the last couple days or they couldn't respond because weather was bad or maybe Lashell has no idea what a Carfax report is. My first contact with this dealership was on Saturday, I spoke with gentleman about a truck. I text him Monday twice, no response. I called back Tuesday and spoke with a woman. She sent a credit app. I filled it out online. I didn't hear anything so I called back on Wed afternoon. I was transferred to the same woman who said she was with another customer & asked if she could call me back in 20 minutes to see if she could "earn my business." Today is Thursday & I have yet to hear back except for a text I just received asking for my drivers license. Don't buy a car here. My experience was terrible. Looking at the reviews I see similarities in my experience that I see in other peoples experience. I was looking to purchase a car there. I just called to inquire they called me every day whatever time of the day just to see if I was still interested in getting the car they were real friendly. They were just real persistent. I ended up purchasing a car from them, as soon as I purchased the vehicle from them, they told me they would ship it to my location since I was under their free 500 mile and under policy when I call back to check the status on the vehicle I couldn't get anyone on the phone to save my life I was getting the runaround my salesman was Ali he was ignoring my calls and my text messages when he finally got back to me, I told him I didn't appreciate how he was ignoring me he told me he didn't have his phone on him or he was busy with a customer, but before I purchased a vehicle when I called him, he would answer immediately I was getting the runaround from him so I asked to speak to the supervisor he told me the supervisors name was Khan, I called the office again and asked to speak to Khan but Sam picked up the phone and told me Khan wasn't the head manager that he was so I said I was trying to find out the status on the vehicle on something prior before it being shipped out they told me the car was in the shop getting the front bumper repainted I saw this car in person the front bumper didn't need to be repainted that's the first lie. They told me they switched it up again and told me it was a misunderstanding. The car was just getting buffed up, he said the car should be transported that same afternoon then told me the driver canceled that they were rescheduling something for the next day. I said OK I'll call back tomorrow. I call back the next day and they told me that person canceled now I'm getting frustrated because they ignored me for three days to give me that type of news, the car gets shipped out and they told me to wait for email that has all the information of the title. It's been a week and I haven't received that information so I called back to the dealership now this person named Mo pick up he's telling me that the place they get their titles from is closed down permanently that they have to get the title through another DMV really couldn't understand what he was saying. We spoke for a little and I explain to him can you see why I'm frustrated with being ignored being lied to he straight up told me no because he doesn't know who I was speaking to. I told him do you guys hold meetings in the morning with your team to tell them this is what's going on this place is shut down, etc. etc., he said no nobody's on the same page. I asked him who is the manager to that dealership he said, and I told him Sam told me he was the manager why isn't anybody on the same page who's lying and who's telling the truth he told me again I was wrong information. Ali told me Khan was the manager, but Sam told me Khan was a salesman and that he was the manager so I asked Mo is Khan a salesman or a manager and my surprise which wasn't really a surprise Sam told me there were actually two cons that worked at the dealership one is a salesman and one is a manager coincidentally then I told him again do you see why I'm frustrated now there's two khan he told me no because he doesn't know who I was speaking to. I understand everybody's review on this dealership is different just do your research. I have a feeling when you call, they just Give you any name they're not even keeping up with the names they're giving out it's your money. FRAUD ALERT- When I bought my 2018 Toyota Rav4 from AX Auto Inc. in Georgia, I was offered an extended aftermarket warranty by my sales rep, Mo. I was given a brochure which listed all the portions of the car that were covered. Before spending $2,200 on a warranty from a company I'd never heard of, for my peace of mind, I asked precisely what was covered. I was told by Mo, "Everything you see listed here is covered." There is a section of the warranty brochure titled "Optional Coverage," which I noticed immediately. I specifically asked Mo if what he was selling me included that "optional" coverage. "Absolutely, everything you see listed here, is covered" he responded. When the wheel bearing on the Driver's side failed less than a year later, I took my car in to the Toyota Dealership for a repair I knew was covered under my warranty sold to me by AX Auto. THE WARRANTY (Alpha Warranty) COMPANY DENIED THE CLAIM IMMEDIATELY, leaving me with an $1,100 bill. I called Mo immediately, and was told "Don't worry, this happens sometimes, we'll get it taken care of." No, no you will not. After THREE WEEKS of ignored e-mails and multiple ducked phone calls, and an in-person visit to the dealership to attempt to get them to do the right thing, and stand behind their warranty, either getting the warranty company to cover the expense, or covering it themselves, I was instead shuffled off to their Finance Manager, Sam Khan, who me the "best he could offer" was to sell me ADDITIONAL coverage for another $600 or so, rather than honor what their salesman misrepresented to me in the first place. When you tell a customer spending nearly $20K something very specifically, are asked DIRECTLY to clarify what you are representing, and then that turns out to be untrue, and you leave that customer swinging in the breeze, and out of pocket money they should never have had to spend, that is called FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION. BEWARE this dealership, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD. read more

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. I purchased a car from here in October 2021 and fell in love with it instantly. I received excellent customer service on the day I purchased the vehicle and was even shown the current car fax on the vehicle. A month later I experienced some major transmission issues where my car would slow down on the highway while I was driving. I also had a nail in the tire and had to have my tire patched up weeks after as well. I reached out and even returned to the dealership to show them the issue but of course the vehicle did not show any signs of repair when I brought it and the day after I broke down and had to tow my vehicle to get repaired from the actual dealership of the brand of the car. I texted the sales manager once I was exeriencing this as he told me to text him once it was happening and he would have someone from the service team send me an appointment. Of course I received no offers to have it repaired through them. I basically came out of pocket $2500 because the transmission valve was damaged, when I was told by ax auto that my vehicle had only suffered damage to a passenger mirror. BUYER BEWARE!! I went with high hopes and left extremely disappointed. After setting an appointment, the car still was not ready when I arrived and it had low tire pressure. The salesman just handed me the keys and pointed out the car in the garage. He did not sell me the car in anyway. He didn't go over any features and didn't allow a long enough test drive to get a good feel of the car. He was on his phone for more then half of the test drive checking Snapchat and various other social media(he didn't stop messing with his phone after the test drive either). When I asked about the title status he assured me it was clean. After the test drive, we look over the carfax. The car had been deemed a total loss from theft and the odometer could not be confirmed. I asked if the car had any of the warranty left on the bumper to bumper and he replied with "the carfax says it does". He never once was able to tell me straight if it did or not. I assume the warranty is invalid from the odometer that had possible tampering. I asked for the auto check so I could compare the reports. After checking his phone for a minute he got up to ask his manager, when he came back he refused to give them to me and suggested I buy them. I called and spoke to Cortez Woodard Sr. to start the process and in a single phone call we had confirmed a price and he sent me an offer for purchase. absolutely do not buy anything from ax autos!!!!!!! their cars are not good quality at all and neither is their customer service. they illegally sold me a car. they sold me a car without a passing emission and also lied to me about repairs that were made on the car. repairs i specifically asked for prior to purchasing the car!!!! every single person in their office is a scam and they are complete liars. in all my years of buying used cars i have never encountered a situation like this!!! my issues started when i attempted to get the car registered for a tag. i was notified the car needed emission testing, which was strange, because i have never had to get emissions done on a car i had just purchased. so, i just decided to go have the emissions done on my own and the car subsequently failed emissions testing. after the car failed emissions i immediately called ax autos to bring the car back. not to mention the check engine light and one other light indicating repairs needed came on right as the car failed emissions. i was not taken serious or as a priority until i popped up in their office after i had not gotten a call back all day. i had to leave/miss work two different occasions to try to take the car in for service. they "rigged" the car up to pass emission and not 24 hours later the check engine light in the car comes back on!! i immediately called them and still got the run around. i was initially told i was gonna get a call to bring the car back to drop it off for service and now i am being told because i purchased the car "as is" they are not responsible for the repairs. the same repairs that caused the car to fail emissions initially are still wrong with the car. which proves to me that they did enough so that the car passed their emission and did not completely fix the issues. joe promised me that i would be taken care of and the page long of issues the car had would be addressed. now i guess that was a lie too. buyer please be aware of what you're getting into when going to ax auto or better yet avoid them at all cost. even their sales manager joe stated to me: "that's why we have a bad reputation because we have not been honest with customers in the past" and i quote!!! read more

****PLEASE RED BEFORE DEALING WITH THEM*** We found the Orange 2016 Jeep Renegade on the website and called about it. It was a car that my husband REALLY wanted so when we called regarding the vehicle, they told us that we had to pay $500 to hold the vehicle and we have text messages SHOWING that if FOR WHATEVER reason we did not want the car we would be refunded the $500. We applied for a loan and was approved but it turned out the Jeep was flooded and totaled in the state of Iowa and my insurance company wouldn't insure the Jeep. AX Auto's wanted me to switch insurance companies so we could get the Jeep and I told them no because I already had 3 other vehicles. I wasn't switching companies to get a Flooded Vehicle. They refused to give us the $500 back stating my husband signed a form stating it was non refundable which was IMPOSSIBLE because he did the credit card transaction over the phone to hold the Jeep on HIS BREAK AT HIS JOB 97 MILES AWAY FROM THE LOT SO HOW COULD HE SIGN A FORM. I drove to Atlanta demanding to see the form which they couldn't produce and then refused to show me because I "wasn't the one who signed it". So then my husband left his other job and drove 97 miles to meet me with police officers and the lot refused to produce the form still saying they didn't have to show us anything. We did get our $500 back because the bank credited us the money and Visa went after AX Autos' and AX couldn't prove to Visa we had signed anything saying it was not refundable PLUS I had downloaded a recorder onto my phone and had all the phone conversations recorded as well as the conversations recorded when I went to their office.
