This was not an easy project, as access to the house's main roof is blocked by a front fence and a separate 2 car garage. So his team improvised a bridge from the garage's roof to the house roof. They then removed the old roof shingles and found dry rot in the plywood underlay, which they replaced at cost, while making sure to thoroughly vent the new roof to prevent future dry rot.. The attention to detail was ongoing throughout the project. They refurbished the skylights and house vents and then painted them a color that matched the shingles. I would recommend them in a heart beat..

Fast forward to Jose showing up literally the SAME DAY I called when others that said WEEKS! We talked, he LISTENED (big thing to me) and did an estimate. I didn't even bother to get other estimates at this point because he was the ONLY one to show any concern about my house. The work was done in a timely fashion with no upselling at any point and when tiles were found to be cracked (previously undetected) he simply used the spares I had without trying to make a buck selling me new ones! Absolutely great service! Now, for the best part. Almost a year later I have the problems return. Jose comes back out, inspects and takes care of it all! Mind you, it was raining off & on and things are getting wet and he comes out the same day and does a temp repair to stop any damage. Thankfully the rain stopped. His schedule was jammed he told me and to expect them in a few days. But then they show up the next day and hammer it all out!! NOW THAT IS SERVICE. Don't hesitate, call Roofing Craftsmen.

Every time it rained! We had our roof replace six years ago, partially to resolve the leaking problem. The roofer said the leaks were the fault of the chimney and not in his wheelhouse. The chimney guys said it was a roofing problem. Neither did anything about it. Mr. Skylight looked at the leaking skylight and said it couldn't be fixed and we needed to buy a new skylight, which we politely declined. I was at wits end and a friend suggested I call Jose at Roofing Craftsmen. They re-worked the roofing on the area around the chimney and skylight and voila...a few days later an atmospheric river came by for days and not a single leak! Why did it take 10 years to find them? Last week I had a complicated problem with a downspout and they fixed it with a simple solution the next day. You cannot go wrong with Roofing Craftsman.

Omar also went above and beyond to work with helping clean up our neighbor's yard. There was windy weather that blew some of our material into their yard which didn't go unnoticed. During this year's rainy season, the addition of a new gutter and downspout on my garage made a massive difference--no more pooling water and complete peace of mind. Mr. Govea was a pleasure to work with; he provided an honest, fair quote and even pointed out which repairs could wait if I wasn't ready for the full bid. I ultimately decided to do it all at once because the pricing was so reasonable. His son did a great job power washing, and the entire crew worked diligently every single day. While the project took slightly longer than originally estimated, I am beyond satisfied with the quality of the work and the exceptional attention to detail. They even touched up the paint.
