    No only it doesn't fit well, it doesn't even work

    This very expensive suitcase is not worth it. Save your time and money and go get a Tumi or Samsung. I have their carryon with battery pack compartment. After 3 trips, the troller is broken. The store doesn't offer any help but ask him to deal with customer service and repair it yourself with the kit that they send you that may not work. In my case, since they don't make the battery pack, the troller is slightly different and it was a nightmare trying to repair it.

    I had a great experience with this location. Customer service was great and the staff really worked as a team to ensure I had the best suitcase doe my needs and wants. They were very patient and knowledgeable as well. They had so many options it can be overwhelming choosing the best fit option for you. They also have bundle deals when you get a set and many add on organizational options. The store was very neat and clean following all COVID guidelines with frequent surface cleaning which made me feel very at ease to shop with confidence and safety. Every Away store I go to gives me this feeling. Away knows how to hire great team members for their brand. I do recommend them. Parking was free and easy to find.

    Been eyeing "Away" luggage for awhile now, and finally took the plunge after my gal-friends all pitched in a cash gift for me at my bridal shower to use towards new luggage on what would've been my honeymoon this week. Sadly, due to COVID-19, and our destination being a Level 4: high level of Covid cases, we ultimately made the decision to cancel our honeymoon. Nonetheless, I still need needed a sturdy, quality luggage set, and decided to go in to see what all the hype was about and see the luggage in person. The store is aesthetically clean and modern. All staff were wearing masks, and it was pretty empty. Only 1-2 customers were there besides us. I haven't had a chance to use the luggage yet, but I plan to on my upcoming trip to Miami. So I will update this post after I've used the luggage. For now, the experience at the store wasn't anything special. The gentleman that helped us out was kind and answered our questions, however, knowing that this was a first time/new purchase for us, it would have been nice for him to walk us through the luggage brand, the story, and show us how the luggage works, the perks, and what makes them special and sets them apart from the rest, but we had to ask first before we got all that. I think it would also have been helpful to clarify pricing, and review our order before we swiped the plastic because we ran into a bit of miscommunication with our sales associate, and we thought that the monogramming on the luggage tag that comes with the luggage was complimentary. He conveniently left out this piece of info, and had he been more clear and up front, we would've only purchased the pebble leather tag with monogramming, not both. So this review was for my store experience, not the product yet. I really was hoping for a more fun store experience, and a bit more effort into showing us the "Away" luggage brand and experience. All in all, it could've been better.

    My luggage was a gift. One of the best gifts I have received in quite some time because I travel quite a bit . Once I received my luggage, I was so excited for all the bells and whistles, the small details that comes with the luggage which tells me that they have an awesome customer service. I'm not sure the cost of the luggage but I am on the email list and they offer specials all the time. I'm very impressed with the light weight of the luggage and how smooth the spinner wheels rotate, which gives you a constant 360° rolling ability. Very durable exterior, It's a showstopper. Now let's get to the interior, you're gonna love how they put organization into a luggage they did it just for you, and for me. When a person that have visited over 30 countries in four years say "I'm gonna get me Away luggage" that tells you something right there. So So smooth, I was thinking to myself I must've been struggling with those other luggage. I'm replacing all of my travel pieces with matching Away.

    Customer service was pretty bad. I was essentially rushed out of the store. Won't be coming back here.

    Won't honor warranty to fix a bag whose zipper came off without a receipt. Who saves receipts on a carry-on. Bag??? Pitiful

However, we never got a chance to because the saleswoman was so extremely rude that we were turned off and left the store. We never got a chance to get her name but she seemed to be the only person in the front of the store. First of all, she never put her phone away or got up from the spot that she was sitting. She never came to assist us. She continued to speak to us from across the store, as we shopped, even when we were browsing in the back of store. The last straw was when she snapped at my wife and then at me, when we were looking at the Rimowa luggage. If she would have given us anything remotely close to good customer service then she wouldn't have had to snap at us about how "delicate" the luggage was. So we just left the store and went straight to the Tumi store. Maybe when we're back at The Galleria, we'll stop in and get her name so maybe she can go through further customer service training. As a business owner, I understand it's hard to deal with employees constantly on their phones during work hours, but I would hope that they would drop everything as soon as a customer comes in.

Yes, while you watch. Mask are worn by all employees. Store: This store is ALWAYS crowded. It's a neat, clean store that everyone seems to love. The lines are always long but they go really fast, don't be discouraged. Staff: Every single person is always smiling and friendly. Management does a great job with staff selection. I love the ladies in jewelry. They are always elders which I appreciate so much. Sometimes I find my self buying necklaces just get get their help and to talk with them. Jewelry is something I'm not a fan of, but yet it's my favorite section. Shoes: Large selection. Always organized. Shows always in the right place!! Customers: Always respecting one another's space. Everyone seem to move or apologize if they come too close. Even in the checkout lines everyone gets it. Stay back! I love this particular location. I would highly recommend it here.

I always prefer TJ Maxx over Marshalls, even though that's under the same owner. It's nice to browse around and without getting bothered by anyone. I wanted to try a few outfits but the fitting room was under construction. Bummer. I rarely come to this area. Sigh... not happy
