I am 5'5 147lbs no way is it me breaking the zippers b/c I'm busting out of them. It's a plastic zipper and doesn't hold. The first outfit I had to have hemmed and while on a cruise tried the skirt on and to my astonishment the zipper just broke. Same thing today headed out and zipper stripped. I was able to put it back together oddly enough but still it doesn't hold. They need to invest in better quality zippers.

The ladies there were very helpful and offered a sample of fragrance which was delightful. Next I went upstairs to ladies apparel where Ms. Parvin helped me tremendously. She made me feel very welcome, even though I prefer to browse a long time before purchasing! She provided me with a dressing room and make sure I was comfortable and told me to take my time. She was definitely making typical upsell gestures, but she was not too pushy and overall very respectful. I purchased an Ungaro dress and was very happy. She packaged it up all very well and I was so happy that I didn't have to beg for help, and that I was not approached disrespectfully or presumptuously as a black woman shopping higher end retail.

Then, I went to the shoe clearance racks but there weren't any clearance shoes. Ok. I found a couple of shoes with special tags on the regular priced racks. Ugh. So unorganized. Back in the summer, it was my first time here after shopped at Westchase Nordstrom Rack and really liked the merchandise. I found a shirt with price tag from Kohls. After I pointed it out to the dressing room attendant, she found a Nordstrom tag to put on there. Then upon check out, the cashier tried so hard to sell me the store credit card. I told her politely as I needed to pay off my current credit card debt before I would apply for their credit card. She said "I'll be watching you next time you come in.
